Went this evening and the employee was incredibly rude and made me feel like an inconvenience. I was so put off by her attitude that I didn't buy anything. I know they're closing anyways, so I guess it doesn't matter, but I certainly won't go back.

I drove a long way to get here as I live out in the country. Arrived well before closing time. There was a paper sign on the door saying “sorry we’re closed due to an emergency.” The whole entire store is closed due to one persons emergency? No wonder it’s going out of business.

The floor was filthy, and the merchandise was a mess. Bins of fabric were in disarray. It needs to be cleaned and organized.

I went to this store today around 3:30pm. The store was very busy. All available associates were on registers or at the fabric station and no one was available to assist me out in the store. When I eventually spoke to someone at the counter she was not helpful. I was looking for a product that was out on the shelf and wanted to see about placing an order or if you have extra items in the back. I ended up going to the manufacturer website and making my purchase.

I went to Joann to find a thread to fix a hole in my teenager's favorite t-shirt. The cashier, an elderly woman, was super sweet. She didn't mind initially canceling the order and then re-ringing it, and she gave me her honest opinion on how to best repair the t-shirt.

The store closes at 9 however there was no sign of them closing at 5, and being that I was already in the store as a customer i felt I should have been assisted. Said there wasn't time to cut fabric. What? Measure 2 yards and cut. Customer service not good

Tried to come to Joanne’s at 4:48 on Christmas Eve, 12 mins to spare to grab one thing for a gift and was rejected while walking up and told that I could not come in before even touching the door.

Says open at 9 except it’s 9:15 and it’s not. And there’s someone in there. Guess they can’t have the decency to get to work on time. I don’t know if it’s a NC thing but it seems they can do whatever the hell they want here.

This store is a mess. The stock is low and the stock they have is strewn all about. The staff are very nice but the store is a MESS.
