I have used Johnson Volvo twice thus far and intend to return to them for service on my Volvo. As a woman I have dealt with various dealerships and mechanic shops and have not been taken seriously or was talked down to. At Johnson Volvo I have been treated with the utmost respect and as though they value my Volvo as much as I do. I have had the best service with Johnson Volvo and I refer everyone I know to Johnson Volvo and that the service is worth the drive. I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my Volvo for work. I love Johnson Volvo.

I scheduled my appointment easily online via the Volvo Cars app.Shane and Trace were there to greet me. They're always professional and courteous. My ride was sparkling clean after the appointment! There's nobody better in the triangle!!

Pleasant experience with Rod from sales and Jason from financing. Everyone was polite and professional and I did not feel forced into anything. The facility and campus is very nice as well.

Johnson Volvo Service is top notch! They do a great job and they have strong communication using text messaging while you wait. I was able to plug in my laptop and work remotely while enjoying coffee and snacks.

I have been to all three Volvo dealers in the RDU area. Ever since a mishap with one of the other Volvo locations in the Raleigh/Cary area, I have been coming to Johnson Volvo for service.I am sorry I haven’t been coming here sooner. Shane, the service advisor who has been assisting me, has been nothing short of phenomenal. Unlike the other two dealerships, Johnson Volvo service department actually CALLS you to give you to give estimates, updates on the status of warranty/repairs, and works with you on pickup.As opposed to todays standard of a simple text. Don’t get me wrong, they text you as well, but their standard of communication is better than quite a few dealerships I’ve been to.Their standard of service is awesome. They go out of the way to convenience the customer. On my first visit to Johnson Volvo, when I dropped off my car, I accidentally left with my key. Shane called to ask if I was still in the area, and I told him no, I was actually about 30 minutes away. They sent somebody to my house to pick up the key. I was shocked, in a good way.With having a key that sits in my pocket, you could imagine this isn’t the first time this mistake was made. Which can be considered 50/50 on the dealership and the client. The other dealership in Cart said they were going to charge me daily for the loaner car until I brought the key back so they can begin looking at my car.After telling Shane, how impressed I was, he told me that they will actually drop off a loaner car to your house and pick up your vehicle for service. (With about 3 weeks notice for availability).On top of all this, the shop is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever seen. You could literally eat off of the floor. Their intake process is flawless. Waiting area impeccable. They say sales sells the first car, service sells the next three. Based off of service I have seen here, no doubt this dealership will have repeat clients.I look forward to my future dealing with Johnson auto group.

Getting a service appointment takes an unbelievably long time. We recently traded in our Lexus (where we could nearly always get an appt. within 2 days) for a Volvo and have been really disappointed with this aspect of the trade. We were told when we purchased that service appts. were timely and easy to get. Instead, we experienced a weeks-long wait. We will likely not buy another Volvo unless this situation changes.
