Do not under any circumstances take your car to this place. They gave me a quote for $12,500 and then sent me a bill for 20k and then told me it would be another 10k or so to complete the job, and if I didn't hurry up and settle, they would charge me a massive daily storage fee. At that point, I decided to move my vehicle out of there and when I came to pick it up, they left my vehicle in horrible condition making it impossible to figure out if I had all my parts. They basically left it as a pile of junk. It turned out they "conveniently" left out a box of important parts and when I returned to pick them up, told me to get a lawyer. I am now having to take them to court to retrieve a box he had in his office that I could clearly see. On top of all that, the new body shop informs me that they put the wrong primer on it in the first place and that it is going to cost quite a bit to undo their work. Too bad 0 stars isn't an option.

He responds with how uneducated I am in the process, but you can see from the photo that there is body filler on there and no epoxy on my medal frame. Bodywork 101. Avoid this company like the plague.

I scraped and dented my rear passenger side door and ripped open the rear fender of my F-350 so I needed an entirely new rear body panel, dents fixed in the door, and a touch of work done to the rear of the cab that I managed to scrape slightly. Since I needed that done anyway, I also opted to have a small dent in the tailgate fixed. Obviously I needed a lot of paint to go with all of that. Most places couldn't even take my full sized truck, and one of the ones that could sent out the office administrator with a camera who took some pictures, went back inside and punched it all into a computer and in about 10 minutes quoted me around $8200. JR inspected my truck himself and took me into the office while he worked out the estimate even calling a supplier while I was there to verify they had my panel in stock, how long it would take to get it, and how much it would cost. Even with needing to remove the entire bed of the truck, he quoted me $3600 on the spot and it should be ready in a week. It ended up being a couple of days late as the supplier sent the wrong decal, but it was worth the wait. I can nitpick on the "repaired" sections, because that's what I do, but they are things no one else would ever notice and all of the paint looked fresh from the factory with an amazing paint job. I had a tiny MR2 bumper painted at a chain body shop not long before that and it came back with several noticeable bubbles in the new paint that they treated as normal when I pointed them out. I can't image what this would have looked like from that shop. JR and his team do amazing work at incredible prices. I can't even say competitive prices since there was not even a close competition. I have also recommended JR to others who also got back amazing results and thanked me for the recommendation. The "after" picture is several years later, and my truck still looks amazing. I can't recommend them enough and if I have any more body work or automotive painting to be done you better believe I will be hitting up JR first!

Our old truck had a rusted out frame and no body was able to help. We found JR and he took the truck, found the necessary parts and restored the truck to nearly new status. We are quite pleased with the results and would definitely recommend this frame and body shop. Based on the amount of work that they did it certainly seems like a good value. We will be taking it back again soon as he is looking for a few more parts to keep rehabbing the truck toward pristine condition.

My experience with this business has been amazing. They fixed my car after a hit and run incident in a work parking lot. The repairs were perfect. My car looked like new! They give discounts to first responders and healthcare workers. They are very transparent about their pricing!

Was sent to JR because his client referred me after hitting my car. His client had called him and told him to charge it to his account. I went the same day and spoke with JR. Everything was fine and we both agreed to meet today and have him replace the mirror. When I arrived JR was not there and his daughter(the biggest racist EVER!!!) told me that they had no knowledge of this client and that I owed them before having anything done. When I informed her that I spoke with JR last week and that I was supposed it have it fixed today she states that I had to pay. I returned a few hours later and when I got there the door was locked BEFORE closing hours, and I called JR. He accused me of disrespecting his daughter and lying and told me to take my business somewhere else and that he was not going to help me and that he was sending the mirror back. I tried to explain to him that I only gave her the information I had and that I never disrespected anyone and he hung the phone up. After informing his client about the incident, he called JR and they lied and said that they thought I was talking about another client with the same name. They literally tried to down play the situation and cover the racism that they spew. HIS DAUGHTER IS GOING TO RUN THAT BUSINESS IN THE GROUND BECAUSE OF HER BIGOTRY AND RACISM!! IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE RACIST AND WOULDNT EVEN TRY TO GET AN UNDERSTANDING!

My wife's car was hit by someone destroying the side view mirror. The person that hit the mirror offered to pay for the repair and sent my wife to this shop. The part was ordered and about a week later, my wife was told to come by and have the mirror fixed. Upon arrival, the owner's daughter was rudely trying to quote a price to my wife. My wife told the woman that this was supposed to be covered by their client. The young lady, once again, rudely insisted that the client in question was not a client there. After my wife talked to their client back, she called the business again. This time, the Owner (JR) answered the phone. He immediately start yelling and being rude to my wife. He accused her of being rude to his daughter and tried to ban her from the shop. Their client finally was free to call them and come to find out, the daughter was looking at the wrong client account from the beginning. Overall just a terrible experience. My wife was left in tears after the interaction. Please do not go to this establishment. They are not welcoming in the least and will try any means necessary to get over on you.

Going on 4 months of nothing but excuses, owners hung the phone up in my face as I was trying to get a better understanding of what’s taking so long, price goes up & up each week if you ask meThen he demand $6,000 before if finishes his own work, very unprofessional, he talks over you so you can’t get any words out, trie(d) to humiliate me by asking me what I do for a living following by saying he’s done this kind of work for over 20 years. I wish I could put no stars but this place is so unprofessional. I gave my car to them March and it is July and they still have not finished my car. I received a call saying they want $6000 and my car is still not drivable. Also, he hung the phone up in the middle of me speaking. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE!

Wish I could put no stars but can't. Have been dealing with this business for over 10 years. He is the rudest most disrespectful man ever. He looks down on any person that isn't his skin color. Prices are also different for people of color as well. I wouldn't refer anyone to do business with him as he will try to get over on you and all he does when you address him about it is threaten to call the police on you. I wouldn't help him earn $1.

DO NOT give these people your money. They don't do good business. They are racist and think they will intimidate you to not do anything to them. When you go to his business and try to confront him he runs inside and locks his door. HE shouldn't be in business and definitely doesn't deserve the support of the community.

This business establishment is VERY disrespectful and RUDE!!! I parked on the side of this establishment for only a brief moment and some lady came to door yelling for me to move my car in a very unprofessional tone. I'm not sure who the owner is but you should teach your employees professionalism!!

Horrible experience, horrible person, dishonest, unskilled, racist.I'm writing this because I decided against taking my own retribution and decided to let God handle it. The workers could not make eye contact with me because they knew I was getting scammed and WAY overcharged.STAY AWAY.Edit: If you want your lawyers to talk to me it won't go well for you. I brought my beautiful truck here for repairs 2 months ago. They finally tell me that it’s ready, when I get there, they don’t except debit cards. The lady that works the front desk is Extremely rude. So I come back the next day with cash and she says they don’t except cash just cashier checks. Now I’m frustrated. So I finally pay them and get in my truck and ALL the emergency lights are on. I ask for my money back until they can fix it, and they say no. I would never bring my vehicle here if I was you. Very bad service, quality, and they appear to not know how to run a business. Don’t be like me. Never bring your vehicle to these people.I paid this company, they would not give me a receipt and did notCome to work the next day for m to get a receipt. The police were not called and I sat outside for an hour waiting n someone to come out and give me a receipt after I paid cash. I called the police and they never showed up. It’s 3 weeks later and I still don’t have a receipt and I had to pay someone else to fix my truck. You guys please stay away from JR Body. The secretary is extremely rude. I mean extremely rude. I’ve never met JR, but he seems like a nice guy , but his secretary is unbelievably rude and is bad for his business. And my truck was not completely fixed, but paid for.
