This location has stellar customer service! I visited on Saturday 5/10/25 to try and get a replacement for a lost earring. The earrings were highly sentimental to me since my fiancé had customized them with each detail having symbolic meaning personal to us. So when I realized I lost one and found that the style was no longer available online, I decided to visit in person to see if anything could be done. The sales associate that assisted me was so caring and truly went above and beyond to help. She checked through all of the stores stock and was able to find the correct stones but not the setting. She called another location and was able to secure the desired setting/frame, but that store didn't have the correct stones. This amazing associate made arrangements so that the stones from the Southpoint location could be taken to the North Hills location to be mounted into the correct frames. Myself and my earrings are whole again. I hope the associate that helped me sees this because I cannot thank you enough or explain how much this act of kindness meant to me. I think my fiancé will continue to buy Kendra Scott items for each anniversary after this experience!

The ladies working in this store tonight went above and beyond to help me with picking out a necklace, fixing a special bracelet for me that belongs to my daughter who is in the navy and overall being a blessing in disguise. They genuinely cared about having a conversation with me about my daughters and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. I will definitely be back to this store!

My husband stopped by this store last week in hopes of picking out a Mother’s Day gift for me. No one helped him or even spoke to him, meanwhile there were women coming in and they were greeted immediately. You shouldn’t always judge a book by its cover. I love your jewelry but am so disheartened to hear how my husband was ignored that I won’t be stopping in to shop at this store in the future. Do better Southpoint.

I bought a necklace here yesterday but didn't realize that the chain is literally tiny and when put on the necklace flips everytime I move my neck. I went in store again today (drove 22 minutes for this) just to ask for an extender, and they didn't have any. They said drive to north hills or wait until they get more in. They really should have more extenders given that these necklaces are basically chokers, not actual necklaces. Super disappointing.

Terrible customer return policy and service. People are good but the return policy on jewelry is the worst. If your item is no longer current they can do nothing for your broken piece of jewelry. They will offer you a 15% discount so you can buy more jewelry. But then when it goes out of availability you are stuck with another piece of broken jewelry. This is happened to me over and over. They will not give you anything off their bad broken product.

Don't come here unless you already know what you want. I came in with my friend in search of a new necklace and it's like we were invisible. There were 3 employees and they conversed amongst themselves as we browsed. No greeting, no asking if we need help, but they did request that we shut the door behind us. I'm convinced they didn't even know we were in there. Next time I'll leave the door open :)

Don't go for puppy day... The place is so small, hard to see the dogs and there's people there that are holding it that won't give it up because they want the dog. It was a hard place to do a meet and greet for dogs, just I don't recommend it place was very small.

This store will not accept returns to your original method of payment. They will issue you a gift card. If you buy online and make a return, you will get a refund to your original method of payment. We won’t be shopping here again.

Every time I go to south point, I have to stop by Kendra Scott. Alexa is ALWAYS working and ALWAYS happy to be there. Without her, I do not know how the store would even be open. I understand short staffing, however, I have gone in there twice where she is alone. Go Alexa! Keep making Kendra Scott a friendly and positive environment to shop!

Kendra Scott is a bright, upbeat, friendly place to shop for jewelry in Southpoint Mall, with a large selection of styles and prices to match any budget. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate this Kendra Scott location for hosting an adoption event and fundraiser for Hope Animal Rescue. Last Saturday they had a store full of puppies and admirers, and several puppies were meeting new families at the event! An easygoing, fun vibe for shoppers and puppies alike!

I'm just confused. I went here looking for a specific necklace - a really common one that they've carried for months on their website and just in general. No one in the store knew what I was talking about. I asked the girl if she had it in the moonstone color and she goes "What's that?"... How do you work at a jewelry store with MANY moonstone styles and you don't know what a moonstone is.
