Yum! Burgers and onion rings. Better than good, they were a tasty indulgent treat. I’ll go back when I can make a day out of the arcade across the street paired with Kings sandwiches!

I’m not sure if my review is necessary because King’s is a Durham staple—everyone knows the food is good, hence the long lines on a daily.BUT I just had the best burger ever! My burger was juicyyy, flavorful and that sauce—oh my! The fries, which are regular crinkle fries seasoned to perfection, was the perfect match for my burger. The flavors complimented each other well.The service is not Chic-Fil-A kind, but depending on who you get, the experience is pretty standard/regular. I find the younger employees offer more attitude than needed. But man, that burger was bomb. And I usually get the shrimp po boy—which is also the best shrimp po’ boy I’ve had, but I’m pleased I chose the burger this time.

This is the best you can ask for in a hamburger joint. Everything is fresh fried to perfection. The chili and slaw are great additions to a hamburger or hot dog, the fries and crispy and seasoned just right, and the onion rings are everything you could hope for.

Kings definately deserves 5 stars, I eat there regularly and will continue to. One thing thought, and this is for the staff. The chili. Respectfully.....change the chili. I just want to be honest.....mainly because I love hot dogs and I love chili on my hot dogs. The chili is heavy and flavorless. I had to scrape it off of my hot dog to even enjoy it. Really....taste it for yourself. It's bad and loaded with grease. I love your wonerful food, I love you wonderful service and friendly characters.....but the chili is 0 stars.

Definitely not the best cheesesteak sandwich. Fries were drenched in salt! Won't be back.

The food here is AMAZING!! Im super glad I decided to trying it out! The lady working the front counter wasn't friendly at all but the gentleman who handed me my food was a sweetheart. Will definitely be going back!
