This is another retail store that doesn't carry big/tall men clothing. They do have great products and clean. Also, carry nice things. I went here to buy a sport coat. The staff speaks to you but don't ask if they can help ( well you can't have it all, Lol). I just feel a lot of these businesses have forgotten big ppl need clothes as well. So, I ordered my coat from Amazon at a very good price way less in store, and no odd behavior. Three stars only because they didn't have my size, Lol.

I counted exactly one cashier and one other employee in the store. Some items were locked up but there were no employees to unlock them for customers. I won't be going back if they don't improve!

Overall I love this store and the merchandise, but they don’t have enough help. Also, make sure you don’t get this wrong information-They told me on Friday that candy did not count towards the $50 purchase to earn kohls bucks, but tonight I was told by 3 different people that it did.

I really like Kohls and found amazing deals. At checkout I asked for gift receipts for everything. The cashier asked for how many people. I said I wanted a gift receipt for each item. Again, how many people will be receiving gifts. I grouped the gifts by recipients. When I got home and was trying to match gift receipts to recipients, the gift receipts were all the same. No information was given as to why this would be the case. Why can’t a gift receipt be given for each item?

The stote was fine I guess, but I ran into an aggressive panhandler in the parking lot and had a creepy gentleman follow me around the store until I had to turn around and confront him. It just doesn't feel like a safe experience.
I never did find the shoes that I came for let alone get a chance to look around. Deeply uncomfortable experience

I mostly go here to drop off Amazon returns. I do like the old fashioned department store experience from an aesthetic standpoint but for some reason this Kohl's makes me a little claustrophobic. also if it's not on sale or you don't have a coupon you're going to pay more for it here. check out the prices of the oxo good grips utensils, I think the pizza cutter was like $20, the same one they sell at Harris Teeter for $12-13. and prices for kitchen / cooking stuff at Harris Teeter have always been on the high side.
