Update Jan 2025 - even more negative. LabCorp sent me a bill for the test results I have not received. Also billed me for expensive tests they performed because they do not know how to read the request form correctly.
Dec 2024 - I must have my labs done very often to monitor my thyroid. LabCorp has been my to go service provider. I visited this LabCorp location in Nov 2024 for the first time because they had the time I needed (soon). Reception is fully automated (see picture of the kiosk), so I would be out of luck if I had any question. I had no issues in checking in because I was familiar with the kiosk from other labs. The nurse opened the door and called my name at the time of my schedule. My observation, we are all busy nowadays, I noted the nurse was rushed above average, more than other places I have been. That day all went well, and if it had stopped here I would have given them 4 or 5 stars.
However... since then I haven't heard anything about my blood sample, the lab results or the bill. I needed to postpone my doctor's appointment, and visit another lab. Note to self: never again at this location.
I contacted the LabCorp twice through their system. The first response was very generic (after a week) something like "please wait it may take up to 2 weeks to process". A few days later, the second one "your testing is pending for 11-Desoxycortisol for 11/04/2024...", I am certain this was not the test I submitted. I followed up on both emails and no response.
Beware do NOT go to this location!!!

Rude and they seem bothered by doing there job also they will have you waiting there forever especially if you get there before others.

Had an appointment at 3PM for employment drug screen. I checked in online at 2:40 and it said I could wait in my car and I’ll get a text. 3:30 comes around so I walk in to talk to someone and they told me they don’t do the texts and I’ll have to reschedule for another day.

Extremely rude and unprofessional
customer service. The associate has been discourteous in responding to a question when asked about timings wimdow for certain tests. Glad we eventually chose not to go this facility after seeing the reviews and others similar experience at this facility.. chose someother place.
Labcorp, you better improve the customer service in this service industry

Pretty shocked by all of the negative reviews. Went today (3/13/24) to get bloodwork done for my new employer. It was a super smooth and an easy process. The staff was also super friendly and kind! Had no issues at all with this location.

This location has a very strict cutoff time of 3:00pm ON THE DOT for drug screening. It doesn't matter if you check in at 3:01 (which the kiosk allows you to do), they will very rudely tell you to leave. They wouldn't even give me an alternate location that is open later, which I would have gone to if I knew before it got too late.
I don't understand why two minutes is the difference between them being able to take a urine sample or not when the location itself is open until 5pm! I especially don't understand why they're so rude about it. Very poor customer service at this location.

Extremely unprofessional. Drove over 30 minutes to get to this location, to be aggressively told by the staff that they can’t service me without a printed copy of my lab order. They seemed extremely irritated that I didn’t have a paper copy, even though THEIR printer was down. This is a Labcorp issue, not a patient issue. If your printer is down, please consider notifying your upcoming patients through a text or email alert. Don’t wait for them to come in and then yell at them for something they weren’t alerted to.

Worst location ever. I had a work order for a bloodwork and urine test. The employee didn’t do it after I gave her the work order from my job and I also asked for confirmation. Two days later got an email from my employer about missing bloodwork. Missed almost a week of work because an employees failure to do their job.

Called today for a lead test to see how much they cost per adult and they told me on the phone that it would be $37 but in reality it was $59. I don't understand why if they said one price over phone and then the actual price tripled!

If you're considering this location for a urinalysis for employment I recommend anywhere else but here.They outright lie in your face and tell you you're urine temperature isin't warm enough and you have to retake it which is another 30min-hr not mentioning the hour you just waited smh.The staff/management has no professionalism whatsoever,you clearly check in before someone and they go before you.I really hope if anyone is coming to this place to not come at all and save the hea dache.I don't like the word hate but I hate this place with a passion and wasted 1hr 45mins of my day on a lose/lose situation.
