I am shocked by the lack of decorum exhibited by the staff here. There is a staff member in this clinic, with whom I interacted yesterday, who is confrontational and incredibly rude. I’ve never had an experience like this at a routine lab visit.
If you’re able, please considering visiting a different lab for your services.
To add, my wait was long despite having an appointment and arriving 5 min early (staff tried to gaslight me into agreeing that my appointment was for a different time despite showing them the Labcorp appointment confirmation???).
Oh and maybe refill the auto sanitizer dispenser every now and then? Especially if your sink is out of service. Gross.
What a bizarre experience. Not feeling confident that my labs will be handled and processed properly.

Drove over on my lunch hour to find they are closed for lunch. Plz put this info on your Google page!!! Wasted my lunch hour and still didn't get lab test. Plus now I'll have to reschedule Dr. Appt. Very inconvenient😐

They dont understand what is stat result is and they end up sending result next day to doctors office even though it is mention as stat results here they are very lazy to respond and mess up everything and take blood twice. Please i request everyone who are looking for stat result dont go to this labcorp instead go to hollysprings labcorp they are very attentive and they take care of stat results and make sure we give results on time

Typical trash medical facility with rude employees. Was in the waiting room for about 35 minutes and got to see how horrible every person that came in was treated. Elderly folks rudely directed to a self check in touchscreen that they could barely use and received no help from the front desk. I'm not sure why someone is being paid to sit at the front desk, but ok. Healthcare is such a joke in America and keeps getting worse and worse - they denied an old lady coming in for doctor ordered tests due to her not paying in full that day and then wouldn't even print the balance for her so she could figure it out?
Giving two stars because the lady who performed my test was sweet, efficient, and professional.

Avoid this place at all costs. I didn’t have a choice as I had to have a drug screen for a new employer. After arriving at 11:30 I read the not on the door to inform me they take a 2 hour lunch and wouldn’t be back until 1:30. Returned at 1:30 to a lobby full of people and a check in process that was shameful. It’s like the waiting room from beetlejuice. I honestly can’t believe this is a thing.

Labcorp management, please remove 11:30am and 4:00pm drug screen. I visited this place today and had appointment on 11:30am. I arrived at 11:37am, yes little late, but by Labcorp policy if the person is late more than 15 min it becomes to walk-in. I got check in around 11:38am. Couple minutes later front desk lady (I don’t remember the name) told me to come back by 1:30pm. So, I was starving, drove 35 min holding urine in hope that will be fast procedure and basically it was wasted. The most unacceptable part was after 2 hours of waiting, I was still waiting 30 minutes to get in and complete procedure and logically I supposed to be a first person to be served, but I was not. So please, labcorp management, you have to talk with people whose working there and remove 11:30 am and 4:00pm cause this is last minute appointments.

There was a long line of people waiting and the ladies working made a point to get my 4 year old back before too much wait. While drawing her blood they both came in to help and they were so sweet and so good to me and my daughter. It was her first time getting blood work done and while that obviously isn’t fun, they helped us make the most of it. And I’ll never forget that and always be thankful !!! Thanks for the good experience.

Have (or rather, had) a standing order at this location. Today we (blood draw was for a sick child) used the automated check-in, waited for 30 minutes then were told the child "wasn't on the list." When I pointed out we'd completed check-in, the front desk person began speaking to me as if I were an idiot, trying to "explain" why I had to check in again, implying it was my fault their check-in procedure hadn't worked. When it says in big letters "Checked in successfully" I'm gonna assume I'm checked in. Checked in again and waited another half hour, then, since there wasn't anyone at the front desk, I shouted down the corridor that I had a sick child and was the blood draw going to happen today. The front desk person (FDP) was in one of the draw rooms and shouted back that they were the only person there and were working as quickly as they could. Waited until the person they were working on came out, then the FDP called someone who'd come in well behind us. We left then, never to return. Don't give this place your business.

Incompetent, arrogant and rude are just a few words to describe this place. Unfortunately most people are forced to come here or else they would be out of business. For the sake of your sanity do not come here. Also the lady in front has zero communication skills and should be in an environment where she doesn’t have to exhaust herself by being a decent human being.

Would give 0 stars if i could horrible hours, understaffed, hours are incorrectly listed online. Front desk was extremely rude, I know you’re understaffed but it’s not our fault.

HOURS WRONG. CLOSED 11:30-1:30. Can’t find correct time anywhere online (Labcorp website and Google). All other Labcorps are closed for lunch which means 1 hour. For some reason this location needs a 2 hour lunch.
