I work at LabCorp for 5 years, and in those five years I have experience bullying, Mockery, threated, being lie on. I went the Supervisor to inform him of the situation and what was happen. My supervisor called a meeting and he inform everyone of harassment, and about a week it stared over again. My coworker try sabotage me from competing my job and once again I went to my supervisor and my supervisor tell me "Sorry I can't help you". Also, my supervisor did just that absolutely nothing, and the harassment continue. In another situation a woman who work in an adjoining area threating me too. Finally, one morning the two people that had threating me was in an enclose area and he punch me and I defending myself, the woman got in between us then I went outside to calm myself and too realized what had just happen to me. Then the 3rd shift supervisor told me to go home.
Two managers later on call me were "investigating" what had happened earlier which was a sham, they stated six other witnesses stated what supposedly had happen which was a lie because there was only three people in that enclose area. Also, one of the managers I had a conversation about harassment that had happened. The other manager threating about calling the police on me for defending myself. The aggressive coworker and the Six liars perhaps still have their jobs. So, I say to you about working at LabCorp at TW Alexander Dr is worst place you can work for, Managment's is terrible, they don't follow their own rules and policies plus, they believe those that have been there longer, than the newer people. Just about all the employees are terrible, they have their little klicks. They overwork you and underpay you. Do your homework check it out for yourself. Do not work for this company.

I've work for LabCorp for 5 years. It was my first job, and I had the worst experience at my first job. The coworkers and the managements reams are the worst people I have ever worked with. They constantly harass me: name shaming, violent behavior, threating me, lying, gossiping. They are in a klick gang. From the higher up to the employees. They also harass and fire my dad for no reason. I went to the management to let them know was going on, and they ignore me. This company has policies against Harassment. They lie on a consistent basic every day. They will put you in danger all the time. At TW Alexander Dr, my advice to all of you is don't go to work for this place. They ae dishonest, crazy, unprofessional, and disorganize. And if you are thinking about joining don't, they only care about numbers.

BE ADVISED: this location is NOT for patients or for people coming to get samples collected or dropped off. This is a private testing facility. Only employees with badges are allowed at this location.

This is NOT the location for patients to come to have their labs drawn. This is the Genetics and Pathology testing facility, NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. The nearest collection center is behind the Sheetz station at the corner of TW Alexander & Miami Blvd, about a mile away.
