No one came to address me at all and all I wanted to do was drop off a spicemen. I was here 30 minutes prior to closing for lunch and sat there until lunch time. Would not recommend wasting your time here.

This was the worst Labcorp location I have ever visited. Online, they clearly state that appointments are not needed and walk-ins are welcome. Based on that, I planned my visit and even had a Labcorp order form including the location details that said the same. When I arrived, I was told their location is appointment-only. The front desk mentioned they had already asked the supervisor to fix the online information, but it still hasn’t been corrected. They gave me two other locations where walk-ins are allowed, but those were far away. Labcorp needs to update their website so others don’t waste time and effort. Everyone’s time is valuable, and misleading information like this is unacceptable.

Sadly, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Broken fax machine, and despite what the Labcorp website says, does not accept walk-ins... try another location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Lost my specimen after drop-off and the lady I spoke to for customer service made me feel like it was my own fault with no apologies (although she could clearly see my doctor's order in the system).

The review is actually 0, my spouse's specimen is gone missing, we don't know what they did with it, we handed it to the tattooed staff!
Reply to the owner : We already reached out twice, according to the email there is still no information found, when I asked if the specimen was lost? nobody get back on me since then! You and your staff should start the investigation when I asked if the specimen was lost, but we did not received any reply, now that I wrote a review that is the only time that a prompt response is received from you.

Sharing to hopefully save others some time. They do NOT accept walk ins, despite the labcorp sites saying otherwise.

I'm here on Ben Franklin boulevard who hires people with tattoos all over the body and a nose ring? I came here because a LabCorp truck barely missed me this morning driving a company vehicle. It was a man and just because they are driving a company car doesn't give them right to break the rules of driving. I should have let them hit me would have been a substantial payment!

Would give 0 stars if possible. As a doctor myself, bringing my mother into a clinic. Apparently it is by appointment only. States walk in elsewhere. Arrived early with RX and insurance in hand. Absolutely no one in the waiting room. Asked if we could be seen for a simple blood draw. Was told no. Front desk staff looked unprofessional and was absolutely occupied with her nails. This is what is wrong with healthcare today. There are hundreds of other options, I wouldn’t come here.

Quick check-in, seen very quickly, Morgan the phlebotomist was so kind, professional, and made the blood draw quick and painless. Highly recommend this location based off my experience.

This site is extremely short staffed. The worker here told me they only ever have one person working at a time which has caused me and everyone else waiting to be waiting for over two hours.
