The women working the front desk / taking blood was incredibly rude. If you hate your job, it’s fine, but don’t make the brand look bad to others. I will not be using LabCorp again.

Had a bloodwork appt. at this location. Arrived 15 minutes beforehand. Made appt. previous day and checked in online when I arrived. They cancelled my appt. because I didn’t bring a paper form with me. Asked if they could print the form for me IN CLEAR VIEW of the office printer and they refused. Had to get a babysitter for the appt. and drive 20 minutes across town. I’m a generally patient person, but it is unfathomable to me that I have to use electronic tools for EVERY OTHER STEP of the appt. process but they can cancel my appt. because of a paper form, which they clearly could have printed for me. I am flabbergasted. If I could avoid every LabCorp going forward I would, but DO NOT use this location if you want to be treated like a human being.

Hate to say it, but this location is horrible. I’ve been several times and literally had issues every single time. Long waits, unorganized, failure to send the lab results to my doctors, and never any urgency to help correct a situation. I attempted to make a payment in person today and was told to call the number or do it online. I asked as to why I couldn’t pay in person and she said get in line but it would be a while. Okay….. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Was really concerned after seeing review rating. Visit was efficient and uneventful. Arrived 30 min before my apt at 7:45 Was in and out in 5 min. No lines

UPDATE!!!! I returned to have more lab work done. After my last experience I really did not want to come again. They hired a new employee, Julie. Julie is awesome! She is kind and patient. Very helpful and worked quickly. I will keep the old review up because they need to know how significant Julie is. Today's date is February 26. The first review was on February 1, 2024. What a huge difference in a short period of timeFrom 1star to 4. Keep Julie around!!First Review, 02-01-2024...I wish I would've looked at the reviews before coming here. They are suppose to close at 430 HOWEVER they shut everything down at 410-415. During work hours there were times no one was at the desk or anywhere to be found. The day there was finally a young lady at the desk she was on her cell phone and I had to wait for her get off. I submitted all documents on the ipad then I got a call 2 days later saying they didn't get my insurance information. Days later the results still have not been submitted to the primary care Dr. I expected more from LabCorp. Smh

Arrived @12:03 pm for labs. No one at the desk and kiosk out of order. Phleb comes out to get one person, takes her back come back to put a sign in her window at 12:20“Closed for lunch 12:30- 1:30. Did not acknowledge the other individual or myself, turned office light off and went through the office door. Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever and disrespectful to say the least.

The person at the front desk closed for lunch early and opened late. She did not look at my paper and ended up not getting my third test completed.

Don’t go to this location. The staff hides in the back in the latter part of the day until it is too late to do any labs. They then lie and say they were at the front desk and did not see you. They block the kiosk so there is no record of what time you came in.Rent their side of the building out for hot dog sales, it would be more useful

Terrible experience at this Labcorp location. I have never had trouble with other locations but this one is lacking. I made an appointment for 8am (first appointment available) and somehow a walk in showed up before me. We were both waiting for ~30 minutes with no front desk staff or person to check us in. Finally, someone came out and checked us in but she took the other patient in before me which was ludicrous. They have a sign that clearly states “patients with reservations will be seen before walk ins”, and I purposely made this appointment because I had somewhere to be right after. I did not end up finishing until nearly 9am for a 5 minute blood draw. I usually do not mind waiting but it just felt disrespectful to say one thing online and then take another patient back first who had no apt when you’re already running late.

The phlebotomist was wonderful and very skilled. This location and the radiology office they share space with do not require masks in their waiting rooms for staff or employees.

Easy to make same-day appointments to avoid a wait. The phlebotomist on staff (didn't catch her name) did a painless draw and was very sweet.Was a little confused the first time I went here, so fyi - this Labcorp location is located inside of Raleigh Neurology.
