Don’t go to this location. The staff hides in the back in the latter part of the day until it is too late to do any labs. They then lie and say they were at the front desk and did not see you. They block the kiosk so there is no record of what time you came in.Rent their side of the building out for hot dog sales, it would be more useful

Terrible experience at this Labcorp location. I have never had trouble with other locations but this one is lacking. I made an appointment for 8am (first appointment available) and somehow a walk in showed up before me. We were both waiting for ~30 minutes with no front desk staff or person to check us in. Finally, someone came out and checked us in but she took the other patient in before me which was ludicrous. They have a sign that clearly states “patients with reservations will be seen before walk ins”, and I purposely made this appointment because I had somewhere to be right after. I did not end up finishing until nearly 9am for a 5 minute blood draw. I usually do not mind waiting but it just felt disrespectful to say one thing online and then take another patient back first who had no apt when you’re already running late.

The phlebotomist was wonderful and very skilled. This location and the radiology office they share space with do not require masks in their waiting rooms for staff or employees.

Easy to make same-day appointments to avoid a wait. The phlebotomist on staff (didn't catch her name) did a painless draw and was very sweet. Was a little confused the first time I went here, so fyi - this Labcorp location is located inside of Raleigh Neurology.

Maggie the phlebotomist was excellent and the process was quick and relatively painless. However, I’m removing one star because there is NO SIGN on the building and it is inside a medical practice (which does have signs). I was sure I was at the wrong place before I walked inside. Why do they make it so difficult to find?

I don't usually write reviews but I read some before and still went. It seems like all the negative reviews are due to time so I made an appointment and arrived 5 min before and checked in an was seen immediately. So I would say make sure to get an appointment? But the facility was clean and employees were competent which is what I look for if someone is going to stick a needle in me..

Had a terrible experience with this location. Waited 30+ minutes to be seen, and then when I finally gave up and told the Raleigh Neurology people that I was just going to get my lab work done at a later date, their employee relayed this information to the (sole) Labcorp employee on duty...who proceeded to go on the warpath. "Who's complaining? Who's complaining?" she said as she came out in the lobby. Just insane behavior, and totally unacceptable from someone who is supposed to be drawing blood from patients. I would NEVER let someone this unhinged stick a needle in me. Shame on Labcorp for employing this person, and shame on them even more for failing to address the issue not once, not twice, but three times after I called and tried to speak to someone about it.

Thursday morning around 10:30 walked in with no appointment. No one in line before me, they were able to do my testing right away. I was in and out within 30 mins. The lady who worked the front desk also did my tests and she was very lovely, gentle and helpful. Great visit!

I made an appointment online to get routine bloodwork done at 9:00 am because it had to be fasting, and I had to delay taking my thyroid medicine and eating breakfast in order to do this. I scheduled at this location, which is much farther from my home than another one, because I could get an early morning appointment sooner. I arrived on time and checked in from my cell phone, as instructed. When I was not called in by about 9:15 I went in to check and there was no one at the desk and no one answered my phone call. I left around 9:20 to drive home because I was expecting to meet a contractor at my home at 10:00. I also needed to take my thyroid meds asap, then wait 1/2 hour to eat something before that 10:00 appt. Meanwhile, at 9:35 while I was driving I received a text saying my technician was ready for me. It would have been another 5 or 10 minutes at least before they pulled up the paperwork and did the blood draw. So LabCorp expects us to arrive on time for our appointments or risk forfeiting them, yet I was not contacted until 35 minutes after my appointment time. I was very angry at wasting my time, gas, and energy, and delaying my meds, for this kind of inefficient and disrespectful service. I do not know what happened but I have sent this information to LabCorp via their website and I will see what they have to say. I have had to reschedule at another location a week from now, which delays beginning medical treatment. What a waste of time!

I signed up online and showed up 15 mins before the appointment time. You check in online and they text you when they are ready to see you.Tammy checked me in. She was efficient and friendly. Got my blood drawn. The experience was pleasant and I was in and out in about 30 mins.

There was only one person working and to be honest I felt bad for her. She was working the front desk and as a phlebotomist. Service is slow even with an appointment I was see. 45 mins after my appointment. Lab Corp. needs to hire more people. Would not come back.

So their website and advertisement lies! They are not open on SATURDAYS! I fasted and got to the point of being hungry because no one ever let me in to do my labs my doctor scheduled for Saturday. All doors were locked in all Stafford, VA locations.

Absolutely horrible service. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. Checked in online. Got the text saying that the technician was ready. Walked in and was told she just took someone else back. Waited another 15 minutes. She came out, looked at my paperwork and said there was no way they were going to be able to do all my labs because she was going home in 10 minutes. Told me three times that she had to leave but offered absolutely ZERO suggestion about what I needed to do next. I pointed out that the website let me make the appointment and that it shouldn't do that if they couldn't honor the appointments, and she just repeated that she had to go home. Absolutely terrible! A total waste of time.

This was my first time visiting a lab since the COVID-19 pandemic started, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with the measures taken by the facility to ensure that social distancing and cleanliness were taken seriously. I used the express check-in table when I arrived and was completely checked in and taken back for my blood draw within five minutes. Everyone I encountered was wearing a mask and practicing good hygiene. The girl who did my blood draw was a student and did an excellent job. I appreciate that I was asked in advance if I was okay with a student drawing my blood and given the opportunity to have a certified staff draw the blood instead if I was not. Both the student and the certified staff were really friendly and made my experience very positive.
