The Lakewood YMCA, located in Durham, NC, is a non-profit dedicated to serving out community. This YMCA shares a site with Lakewood Montessori School. The YMCA has racquetball courts, group fitness classes and youth, adult and teen programming. The YMCA is for all.
I love the YMCA, the amenities are wonderful, especially the steam room. Another favorite are the fitness classes. The instructors are great. Lets Go Anthony!!!!!

Extremely clean facility with very friendly workers. Has a large cardio section and plenty of exercise machines as well as free weights. Sauna and steam room available here as well!

I love taking the classes they offer. The only issue I have with this one is the kid zone only allows kids up to 5
