Service was not great and overpriced. $65 for a basic pedi. No hot stones or paraffin wax. They told me it would be $30 extra for gel nails. I get them often and never heard that price. Pedicure itself was ok but left looking very basic. My friend had very thick nail polish so it didnt look smooth on her. Only gave a 2 because staff were nice but service was way too much for what I left with! Nails started chipping 2 days later not the polish but the actual nails.

If you are a person of color I disadvise spending your money at this establishment. The lady that did my pedicure tried to upsell me when I already told her what I wanted. I asked for a basic pedicure for $40 and she continued to be pushy and try to upsell the $85 pedicure after I told her no several times. During the pedicure she rushed the service while rudely talking and laughing the entire time not really paying attention to my pedicure. Then I had polish residue that she didn't want to correct but talked about to the other nail tech., I then asked her to correct it. Why rudely & disrespectfully talk about it instead of correcting it?
When it was time for my nails she had to take off three and tried to do it by pulling it up with a tip nail, when I told her it hurt she said I will soak it. I feel that should have been the first option and good customer service. I actually feel vacuous for letting her complete the job. I should have gotten up and went to my normal nail place when she wouldn't take no for an answer. I can tell she was upset that she didn’t get to mistreat or give me subpar service as the others were not receiving. This was my very first time not tipping properly for a service. I actually wish that I had left her anything.
I was also not offered a drink but I paid $50 for a pedicure

These people care nothing about rendering a GOOD service! All they care about is the money! My man and I went the other day and the two workers that were supposed to give us pedicures must've been inexperienced! They seemed to have no idea about a pedicure. I wanted this to be a good experience for my man but it was turned out to be horrible! And for the prices they charged, I asked for another worker to give us our services. They had nasty attitudes and they don't use plastic in their pedicure bowls!! I hadn't been to Lee spa nails in years.. and I won't be going back!! Oh... and I seen baby roaches crawling around the pedicure chairs. TRUE STORY! So leave your purse in the car!! I rarely leave reviews but I had to let this be known!! Stop letting people give services that don't know how to do the service! I am a cosmetologist, so I can tell when someone has no idea what they're doing when it comes to these type of services!! Who wants to pay $65 for a pedicure only to have your feet soaked in plain water, not have your dead skin removed from your feet, toe nails not be cleaned or clipped and so on!!! And state board needs to be called on this dirty salon!! Period!! Oh.. and THE AIR WASN'T WORKING AO IT WAS HOT IN THIS PLACE SMH!

I’ve been here a few times before. I returned because of how well they treated me. Not today. I went in for just a run-of-the-mill pedicure. They gave me a menu. So I get to choose, right?? It’s MY choice. Tech comes over and says what pedicure would you like? As I was about to answer she said you want this one…pointing to the most expensive $85 package. I said no thanks, I’ll take a basic pedicure. She was not happy! She said no massage! No exfoliate! I said that was just fine. She proceeded to open her cart and get the new tools out of the packaging and this is what really rubbed me wrong! She tossed the tools back on her cart and she literally took the plastic and slammed it on the ground beside my chair. Clearly she was frustrated! Not sure they have to meet quotas or metrics but something wasn’t vibing today! I won’t go back, promise!

I'm not one to write anything negative, I don't like doing it. My request was to do medium-long coffin SNS. They are unfortunately pretty short, the shortest I've had in a year or so. I also have a lot of polish and powder on my fingers and it is hard to get off, I'm hoping it will wear off washing hands over time. When they were cut we were in too deep to go back, they were all cut very quickly so I didn't have much time to look at it. It felt rushed. I usual get like 2x the length they are at the moment. I felt like I was kind of a burden and taking up the tech's time and when I would accidentally move they would quickly move my hand back. My physical fingers are covered in polish. These were $70. I don't mean to complain but for $70 I think that is too much for this quality.
Pros: clean and nice inside the salon, I was taken back immediately for my appointment I did not have to wait, other people were not having to wait I feel like there is a good amount of staff there, it was easy to make an appointment online and I liked the way they schedule.
Follow up. Again very easy to make an appointment and they take you back first thing- it's nice to not have to wait. I got my nails redone. I felt a lot of guilt and anxiety, but $70 is a lot to not be happy. In 6 years of consistently having my nails done I have never gone back or complained because I was always too scared. I was very anxious, one could notice by my shaking, and felt like an inconvenience and felt like everyone was mad at me. I paid some but not the full amount for them to be fixed. I really like how evenly all of the nails are shaped and both hands match really well in regards to sizing and shape. There are a lot of nice SNS choices to choose from, in addition to gel and regular polish. No clients were sitting around waiting or not being serviced. Very clean and orderly inside.
Requested style: Medium-long coffin nails but they are short coffin.

Please come check out Kevin he is amazing. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. Kevin took his time helped me pick the best color choice for my dress that I am wearing to my son graduation. I’m a glitter girly and he helped me pick a good one. Then helped elevate the glitter by putting blue polish on first, then the glitter. Make sure you pick the green tea honey pedicure.

I never get my nails done, but Lee Spa Nails may just make this part of my beauty routine. You are greeted by the friendliest manager, and immediately can tell how clean the place is. I was seated within a couple of minutes of arrival in one of their massage chairs and was offered a booklet to select a pedicure service. I went with the duo pedicure and it was wonderful! My nail tech was very efficent and nice. I also got a gel manicure which has lasted me for multiple weeks! Very reasonably priced, great atmosphere--all around amazing! Thank you Lee Spa Nails!

First time here. My daughter and I enjoyed our time. Lisa and Jazmine were amazing! Very conversational, very upfront on prices and what they offer. Place is huge, one stop shop for different services, very nice. Very clean. I didn't score 5 stars because there was no air flow, it was very warm in there, sauna, other customers said the samething! Turn the a/c on, make people more comfortable.

The second time I have been here. I felt like my nail tech was trying to sell me a used car. I asked for a liquid gel fill. What I got was a file down of the previous gel fill, “liquid gel” and topped off with nail polish instead of the gel color which I asked for. I was charged for a liquid gel fill. After debating this with the nail tech, she would not bend. So…I am not going back.

My favorite nail salon in a 50 mile radius! I never make an appt and never have to wait. The number of nail technicians and chairs makes my visits nice and efficient. The nail techs do a great job and I have never had an issue with quality or service. Thank you!
