Very unfriendly, inattentive staff. I asked the gentleman working "Can I ask you a quick question?" And got an eye roll and him shaking his head no at me before I got more than 2 words in to my question. Since most of their merch is out of arms reach on the walls, you're better off going somewhere that the sales staff would be happy to help you out.

This visit was something else.. dude's customer service was horrible, we ended up leaving the stuff on the counter(over 200 dollars).. next time we travel from Texas, this store will not be on our to do list.

Never Wasting my time in this store again. Your staff is abusing your clock for one. Came in purchase a hat from a light skin male who left to sit in the car with his wife for a hour. Then you have staff off work in the store worrying about taking inventory that goes to the customers. Oh not to mention left for a hour and make hat washed ready then they broke the machine. Took my refund and went somewhere else worse experience ever and I’ve been buying from this store for over 10 years that ended last month!! I’ll order from another company before I ever walk in that store again. FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!

I walked in with the intention of buying a jersey and was never acknowledged. I went up to the worker to ask for help and was still not acknowledged while standing in front of him, but when two other girls walked in he immediately looked up and said hey to them. I said “excuse me could you help me with a jersey” and he replied “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” with a rude tone. I waited and then looked around to see if there was a pole/tool to help myself but he walked over and took it away before I spotted it. I just walked out because it was very clear he did not want to help us.

Terrible customer service. Employees didn’t acknowledge me or offer to help while in the store for more than 20 minutes. When I tried looking for my size and comparing sizes with shirts on a shelf, I was told to stop messing with the clothes. How else is one supposed to determine the best fit for them? The employees should hang the shirts up or re-fold them when customers are done looking, not complain. I’m not sure why they feel such little desire to help others and don’t wanna do their own job. God forbid someone picks up a shirt off a shelf. Never stepping foot in this store again there are many better sports apparel spots.

To the rude employee at 11am in 8/24/19... Arguing with a customer is the best way to lose a customer. If you don’t carry my NFL team in store, tell me how I can get it. Can I order online?! Idk, you were too busy telling me my team was too horrible to carry in store. Playful banter is fun but being rude by saying “oh, you can’t find any Florida teams in a N.C. store?” in your sarcastic tone is never appreciated. Maybe you’re not a morning person, maybe you had a bad night but you’re in retail and unfortunately that means you have to give good customer service in order to keep your job and keep the customers happy. Leave your problems at the door. Greet the customers when they walk in. Ask if they need help. NO ONE spoke to me the entire time I was there. Then, during my transactions, (after my item was scanned and before you took my money) you helped another customer instead of saying, “I’ll be with you in a moment”

This store has a decent selection of apparel. I like shopping there overall. However my most recent experience wasn’t the most favorable. I brought a hat for my husband and paid the sticker price. When I got home, I removed the sticker and noticed the hat was actually cheaper and they put the other sticker on top to upcharge. I took the hat back because I wanted it at the lower price. Instead of offering it at the lower price the representative offered an idea of what could have caused it to be marked that way. I requested a refund.
