Poor customer service. I walked in and browsed the entire store not one hello, not one how may I help you. Absolutely no Acknowledgement. Whether there clothing is nice or not im not sure because their customer service made me want to leave. I will not go back to the store. I never had this experience at high end stores and if you want to label as a higher end then act like ladies. I've never had this issue at the miracle mile in New york. Nor in other designer stores.

Emily is the best!!!! I called this store needing info about a Lilly Product that I ordered online. Emily took as much time as it took to find a picture that showed me how to work the item and used her personal phone to send it. Above and beyond. She needs a raise!!!!Customer service like she gave me doesn't exist anymore!!!!! Go Shop with her!!!!!

After 10 stores, this was the only store I walked into where I felt comfortable and supported. I needed a gown for an event next day and saw one shimmering through the store window. The ladies who worked there, rolled out the red carpet for me. Their service, attentiveness and customer service was spot on. The dress I picked fit like a glove and I felt confident attending my event! 10/10 shopping experience.

Delighted to be the beneficiary of this generous store"s fundraiser. They hosted a Shop for a Cause event to help raise money and collect pet food donations for our no empty bowl project to help feed pets during the pandemics economic crisis. Got to meet the wonderful staff and watch their excellent customer service first hand!

I love Lilly, but this location is hit and miss with customer service and selection. As someone who works retail, I prefer to be welcomed and not judged by my appearance when shopping. I often spend a lot of money in Lilly and would like to continue shopping at Lilly locations if given a pleasant experience!

My wife, daughter and I were all traveling the area and my wife wanted to go into this store. Having purchased numerous items from this company I figured we would go because their clothing is very nice. As we began to browse, a young lady began to follow us around the store. She followed us everywhere and was within 5 ft of my wife and daughter. Finally, I was so uncomfortable that I just decided to wait outside. It's important to point out that I am a Hispanic male, and my wife is white. I would hope that this wasn't a racist thing, but man! It was hard not feel that way. Needless to say we walked out and my wife said she felt it as well. Maybe they thought we were going to steal some articles of clothing. Funny thing is that we're both state law enforcement officers and that would never happen. Never judge a book by its cover #racismsucks.

I was recently in North Carolina to visit a friend, I asked if we could go to a Lilly Pulitzer store, as I wanted to see the fabrics in person and maybe get something. I found this store, and heeded the reviews, but still really wanted to go. My friend and I went in this store on Saturday, February 2nd during the first half of the day, and we walked completely in, looked around, discussing what we liked, etc. There were several young ladies working and we were the only ones in the store initially, then one other lady walked in. These ladies were talking amongst themselves, maybe even working, yet not one said hello, or offered any kind of help, sadly. I was taught by my dad, not to do business with any business that doesn't acknowledge my presence, and that's my policy. It's sad that I could not have had a positive experience in this store. I ask Lilly Pulitzer, is this kind customer service ok with you? I would think not, so some education is necessary, as I read other unhappy reviews of this store.

This Lilly corporate store did a pretty good job during the recent sale, even though the line to try on was super long (not unexpected). During regular shopping trips there, though, the customer service is very mixed. Not a place where anyone recognizes me in spite of being a regular. No one has ever offered to get me a different size or anything when I'm trying things on. Usually the girls are talking amongst themselves. They do have a small regular sales rack that is worth checking if you are a Lilly fan!
