Super hot in the store today but that didn’t stop Jen and the rest of the team from providing excellent service! They all had an amazing attitude and were super friendly!

So disappointed!! Walked up and pulled on the doors at 6:46pm (a full 15 minutes before they are supposed to close!) and found that the door was bolted and the workers had gone to the back. Such a shame. I was coming back to buy what I had put on hold earlier. Oh well. Won’t be trying so hard to give them my business in the future when their employees are more interested in leaving early.

I've noticed management changes at this loft since COVID. In the past 10+ yrs shopping with loft. I've never had an issue until today. One of the new managers that run me up was rude when an item stuck in clearance with a clearance sticker didn't ring the extra 60% off today. The sweater had a clearance sticker of $49.00 but was ringing $44.99. There were several sweaters of this item in clearance. She advised me basically I was getting 60% off the full price price when there are several signs around the store saying clearance was an additional 60% off. I explained if price was $74.99 then $44.99 was not 60% off. Then clearance signs said an extra 60% off clearance. I even tried to explain she had rung another shirt up for $34.99 and with the 60% off it came to $13.99. She advised I was wrong and the price was $44.99 and price I needed to pay and misreading the signs basically. When I tried to say ma'am I don't think your understanding me, she even had the nerve to say "well ma'am what price do you want it for. I asked for a manager and had never had an issue at this store in 10yrs. She advised she was a manager at the store and told another associate to get another manager, but then she walked away. Another store associate standing next to her assisted me and corrected the issue but as I turned around I listened to this manager complain to another manager on the floor near clearance about the situation. Poor customer service and management. That conversation could have been held in the back out of ear sight of other customers and myself. I had great customer service in the fitting room today and even with the associate who tried to fix the situation, but management needs corrections or professional customer service training. If I would have reacted uncalm and hostile like the manager did to me when attempting to ring me up I would have been asked to leave. Loft Pretty Please work on professionalism. I don't believe the moto the customers are always right, but the way she talked to me and was cutting me off. If the shoe was on the other foot she'd been offended.

Love Loft. I always try to go by one if there is one in the town I'm visiting. Sales representative was very friendly and courteous.
