Tell Jessiah with dreads to get off his phone in the paint section and acknowledge and ask his customers if they need help. Literally on his phone standing behind a customer who was asking him for help while he's texting and watching videos.

Understaffed. Did an on line order and came in to 10 people in line. And order wasn’t ready. Only one guy in the back so had to wait 15 minutes for him. People were nice but took WAY too much time. Went to three other Lowe’s putting together a tile purchase (no one had enough and system would not allow orders). All other Lowe’s great. This one not so much

Lowe’s did a terrific job delivering my new dishwasher! After the horrible job Home Depot did with my range I cancelled the dishwasher and ordered it from Lowe’s. What a difference it made! Lowe’s far outshines their competitors! Thank you!

Good place where you find many things for the home from appliances and for interior construction or remodeling. It also has tools, 🔧 and fraiming guns, roofing, siding and wooden floors.

Just wanted to shout out to Blake Adolph, and Christine Childress for helping my dad load and unload multiple bags of concrete from his trailer, and doing it with a smile. Meant a lot. You don't get that kind of service from many places these days.

I was in Lowe’s for almost 2 hours and out of that time I had one employee ask if I needed any help. The 5 stars go to the very nice and , extremely helpful young man Mr. Luna. He approached me and asked if he could help me while I was looking at the air purifiers. He made sure I knew everything there was to know about both brands and all the specifics on both purifiers. He was so helpful! He noticed I didn’t have a cart and without me asking took my purifier and brought it back in a cart. That was very thoughtful!! Lowe’s and everywhere else need more employees like him, you DONOT get service like this anymore these days. They should promote him and allow him to train others!

Website said it was in stock and when I got there it was not(fan light kit) also said available in different colors
