I was getting incredibly frustrated with finding a decent pair of jeans and after trying a few stores at the mall, I was about to give up! I decided to give Lucky Brand a try before I went home and I’m glad I did. Dionne welcomed me into the store right away and offered to help me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly, inviting, and knew what she was doing. The process of trying on jeans can be overwhelming, but it wasn’t here. It was easy and fun! I highly recommend shopping here, especially when Dionne is working. I will be back.

The service level at the store is shocking. I hadn’t shopped at Lucky before but was up to try something new as I has spent hours at Southpoint trying to find a pair of jeans - and had nothing to show for it. Abby was incredible – pulled different cuts and finishes, helped me figure out sizing issues, and truly knows her product. I walked out with multiple “favorite” pairs. I had an exceptional experience and will go to Lucky’s only from here on.

Great clothing as always. One of the only few brands who really deserve the high price tags. Heather(store associate) was awesome. I came here with my cousins and tried a bunch of clothing. She helped a lot and was even happy to see us spending time there and enjoying it. I rarely run into store associates like these. I guess it's better that a brand like this has such a friendly staff running the store. Thank you!

The absolute BEST employees you’ll ever meet, especially Dionne and Abby. I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years and everyone has always been so kind and helpful. It is such a safe and welcoming environment. The cute clothes are a plus. I can’t wait for my next trip there!!

Went in and immediately walked back out. The sales associate said to my friend “I can see you’re pregnant.” She’s not. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be blatantly, publicly body-shamed. I would give zero stars if I could, because this is unacceptable behavior. In 2023?! Y’all should train your sales people to hide their weight bias better at the very least. Avoid. There are plenty of places to get jeans, better jeans, and not worry about being judged and stigmatized.

Today while looking in the store, and checking out the men's fall/winter shirts while I tried some of them out they feel very comfortable.The staff at the store is incredible, because while I was trying my clothes on they asked me if they can get other clothes for me to try on while I was trying different sizes. The environment, and ambience is noble and awesome there:) Can't wait to try on other men's clothes there again.

Wow! The person working the store today is all that and a bag o’chips. I haven’t had that kind of customer service in a while. So sweet and attentive AND had a store full of customers, they were the only person working. I got exactly what I needed and will definitely be back. Kudos Lucky Brand!

The wonderful staff here makes all the difference. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and gave me the best sizing advice I've ever had. I am 1000% pleased with my purchases and I am sure to go back.

I must give this review context from the beginning...I ordered 2 items on 1/14 online:1) Navy puffer vest $29.99 2) Teal puffer coat 47.99. Good deal on both items and they were delivered in a timely manner. Fast forward to present day and why I went to the retail location. I saw on FB both items were discounted further, so I called Customer Service. They said their price adjustment policy is 7 days. (Most companies=30 days). I asked if they could do a return and then recharge me. No. Have to take it back to a retail store. Hence, the Southpoint LB location. I called and talked to the GM, Olivia, who was beyond responsive and friendly. She said to bring in my information and she would make the adjustment. I brought in my info to Olivia and she seamlessly refunded my account and re-rang it up at the cheaper price saving me 20 bones! Super job Olivia. Thank you. BTW-Her store was in great condition too and her associates were customer friendly. 5 star experience!

I came in looking for jeans. Couldn't find a pair that fit me just right but man was the worker there extremely friendly and helpful. My dad ended up getting a pair of sweatpants
