An unfriendly lady who gave a confusing smile when being asked for other similar pair of pants due a default on them. I never had this experience at this Durham store before.

The staff made me feel uncomfortable while shopping there. The way they looked at me wasn't welcoming at all.

My experience at this location was absolutely disgusting. I’m a teenage girl and my friend and I wanted to try out some clothes. It was our first time at this specific location, and the staff made us feel extremely unwelcome for the color of our skin. While waiting to try on clothes we were glared at by the staff, and when we told him our names he looked disgusted. I don’t know if he thought we were white or something, but upon hearing we were Indian he treated us extremely rudely (keep in mind this is a grown man being rude to a teenage girl). We were also the only nonwhite people in the store, which is I believe was a factor. Not only that, but after we tried on clothes a different staff member came up to us and asked us to give her the clothes. It seemed like she believed that there was absolutely no way that we would be buying any of items we had picked up (even though we were). It was honestly a horrid experience and I highly recommend you go to a different location. Unless you’re a white woman, don’t expect to be treated with any common courtesy here.

I felt incredibly unwelcome in this store. Never have I ever been so grossly mistreated in my whole life. It was a disgustingly racist environment and I will never be going back. I was unfairly treated by both the customers and the staff. We were given dirty looks and talked down to the entire time we were there. They wouldn’t even let us show each other our outfits in the fitting rooms. We were the only non-white people in the store and the difference in treatment was shocking. The white girls before us in line were treated so much better than we were. If we were white they probably would’ve been kind to us too.

As a frequent shopper at Lululemon, I am accustomed to experiencing excellent customer service when I visit a Lululemon store. This experience was the exact opposite. The staff were indifferent and in general ignored their customers. Also, other stores are more inclusive and have sizes for multiple body types. This store only had sizes up to 14. Instead of buying a jacket and leggings from Lulu as planned, I ended up going to Fabletics and made my purchase there. Do better

Wonderful service! I wanted a new bra to match a pair of leggings for my pilates classes, but I couldn't remember what color I had ordered! Lydia was super helpful in color-matching the leggings I brought in. I feel so put together going to my classes now!

I feel silly posting a review for a clothing store, but this location is hands down the BEST LLL location in the Triangle. The staff is so friendly and there's diversity amongst the staff. This includes ages, genders, sizes, ethnicities, etc. I've been in locations with cookie cutter staff with not so friendly attitudes, leading me to leave empty handed. I will happily support the Southpoint location even if they refuse to kick me out as I purchase stuff I do not need (sarcasm).

Hunter was an absolute pleasure to deal with today. From helping me find the right fit to ordering different colors online that I preferred better, I can't say enough good things about the experience in this store!

Lululemon at The Streets at Southpoint is fantastic!!! It has some of the best, fashionable, quality athletic apparel for both women and men, as well as accessories, shoes, and yoga mats. Their clothing is also super comfortable and feel-good and in great style. I enjoyed their huge selection of apparel - they have so many varieties of each type of item. I was so happy with the large selection of hats, for example - I was pleased at how easy it was to find exactly the type of hat I was looking for - their eggshell-white Cinchable Wide Brim Bucket Hat! It is stylish, lightweight, wide-brimmed, and has extra length at the back to provide additional sun protection for the neck. I would like to go back to Lululemon to shop for more!Lululemon is very well-stocked, and the store itself is clean and beautiful (the dressing rooms are shiny and stunning)! The staff are approachable, friendly and warm - they often proactively ask if you're finding everything okay! Lululemon is also located at a prime location at the Streets at Southpoint, which is a beautiful, enormous shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Lululemon!!!

Had a defect in a pair of shorts that were purchased at a different location and needed to be exchanged. Caitlin was awesome throughout the whole process and helped expedite the exchange for new shorts.

Seriously, if you expect people to spend that kind of money have someone on the floor helping. I walked around the store for ten minutes and NO ONE looked at me. It’s ridiculous how customer service has gone to s$&t over the years. I was just in Lucky Brand early today and someone helped me, it’s not a dead art but so many brands just don’t care. Lost my business today Lululemon, that’s for sure. Only reason I gave it two stars is because the person at the register smiled.

Tried on leggings here and there was dried bodily fluid in them that I came in contact with. Health hazard and also freaking gross!! There needs to be better standards of inspecting leggings before putting them back on the shelves.
