My first time here and I was very impressed. The staff were very helpful and informative. Prices aren’t unreasonable and the product I chose works well so far. Shout out to Rachel who was very informative and friendly.

I just visited this location, and Delaney was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Plus she gave me a couple samples to try out before I commit. I know their products tend to be a bit pricey, but they’re good quality and cruelty free, with many (probably even mostly!) vegan options, plus they smell lovely! I highly recommend both this location and Lush in general! And this is coming from a girl whose hair always needs a LOT of TLC!

Lush is truly my happy place. Southpoint is my favorite location. The staff are always so fun, friendly and knowledgeable. The Scrubee Body Butter is my favorite product. I stopped into try and browse some new products yesterday right before closing. I felt the associate took her time explaining how the products work and really engaged with having me sample a few things. I love that about this store. I love that everything is animal testing free and as organic as it gets. I tried the Life is a beach showder that has real sand in the product to exfoliate. Amazing products live here.

Apollo was so nice and helpful! She really went above and beyond to help cheer up my friend who was having a bad day and wanted to get some bath bombs to help her day get a little better. Apollo was immediately by our side helping us choose the best ones and really connecting with us to make our shopping experience the best! Thank you for the lush shopping experience and recommendations on the best bath bombs!

I had been anticipating going to LUSH for several weeks. I had ordered numerous smaller sized products to test just in case I didn’t like them and would be in the area if I wanted to exchange/return them. For reference I live at least four hours from a lush Store. SO WORTH IT! The staff was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable, and considerable of my allergies while I was speaking to them. They went above and beyond, making my exchanges easy and actually enjoyable. I would highly, HIGHLY, recommend this location. I will definitely be stopping here again, they were conscious, clean, and kind. 10/10!

I visited Lush this morning to get gifts for my daughter’s teacher. It was such a great experience. They showed me their best sellers specifically for teachers. I had both my girls with me and they did a bath bomb demonstration with them and gave them little soap samples ☺️. It was really cute!

I love LUSH products and have been using their items for years. My favorite is the ultra bland because it removes my makeup so well! Unfortunately, I live about 2 hours away from the closest physical store, so I normally buy my products online which means I usually wait a couple of months before I return the pots so I can redeem the free face masks.A couple of weekends ago I went with my friend to this mall specifically to go to Lush. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how everyone hovered over me, even when I told them I didn’t need any assistance. I assume it’s because I had a large bag with my empty pots. I kept shopping and ignored it. When I got to the counter I handed over the empty pots and the lady started to check them. She let me know some of them were dirty and she couldn’t accept them. I understood and realized that was my mistake and offered to go wash them. The first thing she said was I’ll have to see if we can let you do that. I didn’t understand why she had to ask because the sink was right there, but I waited and she returned saying I could wash them out. I then asked if she could go ahead and check me out so I didn’t have to wait in line again. She refused and then I offered to keep my purchase or license up there until I returned the pots. She refused again, but said that she could ring up my order and save it.So I went to the sink and began washing the pots and noticed some of them weren’t dirty or barely had any product in them. I still washed them all and then went back to the register. A different cashier pulled up my order and told me the total so I asked if that included the free face masks and she said no, it included the $15 off. I explained to her that the previous cashier never asked me what deal I wanted and that it would be cheaper for me to get the free face masks. At that point she had to go and get another person who then fixed the order. During this time one of the people behind the counter, in the rudest/snarkiest possible voice said “Thank you so much for washing out those containers.” The girl ringing me up heard this and offered me some samples. I told her I didn’t want them, but she insisted and gave me an entire handful. I assume that was because she felt bad.Now, I wouldn’t have minded the wait or the shopping experience, but the way the individual spoke to me was so rude that I will never return there. I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but it still bothers me that she reacted that way. Hopefully the store can train their associates better or help her find a different job.

I knew health is wealth thus I decided to give it a try, thank God I did. I got the Lungs disease medicine four working days after placing an order. OMG I started noticing change in my breath after one month of taking the herbs medicine, My IPF was completely reversed after two months of usage. Now i'm happy and free from this deadly disease.
