The folks at this Marshalls are amazing! So I have an important trip coming up for work and was in need of a good carryon suitcase.
I first went to Amazon as ya do but alas, stupid Amazon dropped the ball, again, ugh!
So I'm going to all these different places looking for luggage and I remembered good ole Marshalls! Now, truth be told, when I go into a Marshalls I have to be fofocused, cuz gurl they got all sorts of good deals.
Anyway, I found a piece of luggage that would be perfect for my trip; but I noticed 2 things. One was a lil damage to one of its corners and the other was no price tag. So I went up to the front and a nice, young lady helped me. Her colleague went to research the price but couldn't find another one with the same brand name. So she said based on the size of another piece of luggage it would be $59. Not bad, not bad but what about that lil bit of damage, I asked, can we take off any for that? She said yes and promptly got her manager who was super helpful in giving me a lil extra discount and checking me out.
Thank you to all the folks at the Durham Marshalls, yall are wonderful and made my up coming trip easier and even more stress free! Will definitely be back!

I came to shop and look around and went into the fitting rooms and Min Z was what I saw her name was on her name tag was very rude to me and my kid. I came up and I put the items on the hanger so she could see I had 3 and she just stared at me and didn’t say a word until I asked again she just said to get it and grab it and when I came back out of the fitting room I asked where I put them and she didn’t tell me where just stared at me up and down and I went to put them on the other rack and she said told NO they don’t go there when I specifically asked her first. And just stared at me and my kid as I walked away very uncomfortable and no communication what so ever so sad

Most of the clothing items I purchased from this store did not last on my first wash. The candles available do have some fragrance but are more suited for decor. The store was a bit nice and tidy. I just don’t appreciate the waste of clothing, they seem to have made them disposable after one use. Terrible for the environment.

MESSIEST STORE EVER!! CANT EVEN FIND ANYTHING!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MESSY MARSHALLS IN MY LIFE!! THEIR SISTER STORE TJMAXX IS MUCH MORE NEAT THAN THIS LOCATION!!

Shopping at Marshall's with my brother,his wife and daughter to get some items,(pajamas, hats,and American clothes to wear abroad) The Durham, NC, New Hope Commons manager was very helpful, despite being busy. She's attentive and nice, because she is good at her job. American styles from Marshalls going to Japan. Which will look, average.
