Good place to buy a suit.

Cameron was super helpful. Only took me 20 minutes to walk in and out with a full suit. Will definitely be going again if needed.

The location at New Hope Commons provides excellent customer service. I was not 100% satisfied after purchase and they refunded without question and gave me suggestions on where to go for the fit I'm looking for. Thank you so much!

I've spent thousands here in the past and won't be back after today. Went in for a pair of slacks and dress shirt to compliment suit separates I had just gotten a few weeks ago at this store. The young guy dressed in a tshirt and wrinkled chinos couldn't offer any recommendations, and when I asked if I should just look around he readily agreed that's what I should do. Obviously I wasn't going to get any help so I told him don't worry about it and he just said okay have a good one and I left. If I wanted some kid to just ring me up I can go to Kohls, I don't come to Mens Wearhouse for that type of service. My advice go somewhere else that wants to help you find what you want and make money for their store.

This location is terrible. The staff is rude and refused to fit my partner even though they were 30 minutes from closing. The lady on duty was just an absolute b word, the difference between this location and the one in Cary is night and day. Don't waste your time here.

I’d recommend choosing a different location, any different location. The employee they had on duty made comments to multiple customers making fun of and laughing at their bodies. It was extreme.Plus, it seems like the a/c didn’t just kick out that day. Based on other reviews it doesn’t look like it’s on their checklist to get it fixed soon, so till winter weather hits expect to sweat while shopping.Overall, an almost laughably terrible experience.

The staff here was wonderful when I came in with my son however the store was unbearably hot. So hot that the customers were miserable, the staff looked exhausted and I had to step outside before I passed out from heat exhaustion. Even my young healthy son was overheating. We left without purchasing anything. It was too hot to try anything on. This is the second time we have been in this store over the course of 2 months and the air conditioning was not working. This time of year it really is more than just heat. It is a safety issue for staff and customers alike. Everyone was sweating to the point of wet hair and clothing. I noticed one of the female employees was pregnant. I felt sorry for all of them, but especially her. Nobody should have to work in that type of heat. We have shopped Men's Warehouse for many years however I think we will avoid this particular store for now. They might even loose a long time customer if this is how they treat their employees.

Thaddeus was so helpful. My husband forgot a shirt for a wedding we are going to tonight. We ran in and Thaddeus was able to quickly find us the perfect shirt. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I don’t really wear suits and didn’t know what I was doing and Cici and the rest of the staff were super helpful and made my experience a breeze. Give Cici a raise!!

Totally unprofessional operation. The employees were rude to my spouse and son when they were bothering to notice they existed. Tailoring? The tailor is in only two days a week. Measuring? Nope, they aren't comfortable with that.I will never ever shop there again.

My eldest son recently graduated from NC State and needed a suit for his new job. His mother took him by the New Hope Commons location of Men's Warehouse. Two of the employees pretended my wife and son did not exist. The their was rude and dismissive. Onsite tailoring was done only 2 days a week. Measuring for a suit? NOPE - that would make the employees uncomfortable. So if you want to pay high prices and get none of the services one would expect for the high prices, go to Men's Warehouse at New Hope Commons. If you want a good suit and professional service, stay away!

We had a great experience at the Durham store when purchasing a first suit for my son. Jenna was top-notch in her customer service from taking measurements, to helping select the right suit and making sure it was ready when needed. She was knowledgeable, personable and made the process of finding a first suit more enjoyable than we had expected!

My suit came in one day before my wedding look like it was thrown in a bag and rushed overnight wrinkled and oversized. Will not recommend this place. Jos A Bank has great suits

Called in to ask about suits for a wedding in 6+ months. I was met with an exasperated sigh, and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that they only had one try-on jacket that was a size 40 and I was "welcome" to come try it on (said with a particular tone of sarcasm).I get we all have bad days, and maybe this gentleman was busy. But this isn't a good way to conduct business.

My husband recently purchased a few items from this location and was discriminated against while trying to exchange a few items. She accused him of wearing pants and shirt, however the previous employee that assisted him took the wrong size pants to the register. My husband did not notice this until he took the tag off one pair of pants to wear for the evening and noticed they were way too big. He immediately but everything back in the bag to return so they were never worn, only tried on.He also did not wear the shirt that he purchased to wear specifically with those pants. The female manager at the time stated their return policy is at the discretion of the manager and she would not be returning the items. This remark was made before he even explained the situation. He wanted to exchange both pairs of pants for the correct size and return the shirt because he purchased it specifically for an event the same evening. He found a last-minute replacement at Jos A Bank so the shirt was no longer needed, nor worn.Once he threatened to call corporate, she finally listened and agreed to exchange both sets of pants but would not return the shirt. She jumped to conclusions before even hearing what he had to say and had a very nasty attitude in the process. If you’re thinking about visiting this location—do your self a favor and visit Jos A Bank near Southpoint. We will still be calling corporate to dispute this return and to inform them of their rude store manager that is currently representing their brand.
