Words cannot express how I feel about the parts department at Mercedes Benz of Durham, Krystina and the team there always strive to provide me with the best customer service experience. i wanted to give kudos to Cameron, the Service Manager for Mercedes Benz in Durham, NC. Not only is Cameron & his staff extremely professional, personable & knowledgeable, but they are also great listeners. ever have I received se there & felt as though they were recommending unnecessary repairs just to make a $. Cameron, even though he's the Manager, takes the time to greet you if you cross his path, with a smile & calling you by name, if you've ever chatted with him in the past ( awesome memory Cameron). I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location & referred my niece, who also purchased a benz from Durham location. This same niece, then referred one of her best friends, who also made a purchase from this location. Keep up the stellar service Cameron!!!

Jacob was simply the best, from the day I walked into the dealership a few weeks ago, to yesterday when I picked up my new car.Joseph handled all the paperwork and made the process easy with the touch-screen desktop he had.In the market for new or used, I highly recommend this dealership.Customer service is on point from start to finish.

I can't say enough good things about the guys in the service department at this location. I had an issue with my sprinter van and needed it for a trip. I called every Mercedes dealership in 200 miles and there wasn't a single one of them willing to help me out. Daniel and Matt were able to squeeze me in. Eric Simpson came out and reassured me they would make it happen. These guys were able to get me fixed and back on the road in no time. I'll never go anywhere else but Mercedes Benz of Durham. Even though I pass two other Merecedes dealerships, this is my shop. The level of professionalism and expertise is second to none. These guys are rockstars and deserve all the credit in the world. It's hard to find good service with anything these days but these guys have it figured out.

Great experience buying used 2021 Mercedes GLC AMG 43. Roderick was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, explaining all the features and in evaluating our trade. The entire team at MB Durham were helpful and made the process easy.

Beware of dealing with these slime balls! Purchased a vehicle from them and traded about 8 months later. Had GAP coverage policy I purchased. Bank sent me notification that I was owed a refund, so I contacted the dealer because they have to generate the return. Long story short, I received no refund just the typical dealer runaround. Was told bank had paperwork and they than have to issue refund to me. Called bank, they have NO record of refund being requested. 3 months now, no refund. I have given them ample opportunity to resolve this. I have filed grievances with the NC States Attorney Generals office, BBB, NADA, and Mercedes Benz North America. These slimy car dealers need to be held to account! Just because it's a luxury car.... They're still untrustworthy!

I cannot say enough good about the General Manager of this Dealership other than he is a compassionate human being who deeply cares about his customers. Although I was initially very angry, and admittedly, not so nice, Josh remained calm and professional with me and swiftly worked toward an amicable resolution. He didn't simply delegate, he did this himself and that speaks volumes to me - he is a true leader and cares about people. Thank you so much!

Service center was extremely helpful. We travelled from Texas and the "check engine light" came on in the midst of our trip with no apparent problem. The service center performed a full diagnostic check and inspection. Although a minor issues was found, it wasn't severe enough to interrupt our trip. We got back on the road to continue our trip with confidence. The service agent was efficient and personable. We'd highly recommend them based on our experience.

This is my first time purchasing a Mercedes Benz and this was the best and easiest car deal I've ever done in my life! Kerrina Page was absolutely incredible - so helpful and just amazing. I inquired about a car and she called me within an hour and offered for me to pop over and look at a car and do a test drive. There was no pressure or salesyness at all - I was free to fall in love with the car of my choice and she handled all the paperwork to provide me with purchase options within about the span of an hour! It was just so simple, easy and the service levels were amazing. The showroom itself is clean, organized and the workflow is not chaotic at all. Every person involved in the deal treats every customer with an incredible amount of interest, time spent and I did not feel rushed at all. I agreed to collect the car a week later at a set time and when I got there it was all good to go. Moose handled the paperwork and had everything ready for me, all I had to do was look at some warranty options and sign the dotted line. Nicola Sanzone spent about two hours going through every detail of the car with me. He set up the app for me, recommended which options to add that would be of value, got me completely set up to use and customize every feature. I was so impressed and so thrilled with my purchase! I have already called friends up and let them know how easy it was to buy the car of my dreams and have recommended Hendricks Mercedes Benz of Durham. You will not be disappointed, as well as that you will not believe how easy it is to purchase a luxury vehicle from an authorized dealer. I'm certainly so pleased that I decided to make contact! I had to bring the Sprinter van in for a quick repair today. The window control on the driver's side wasn't working. Not a major problem except that it decided to stop playing with the window down two inches. Unpleasant to drive in the heat like that so I made an appointment and arrived in the afternoon. The service technician took my description and pointed me to the customer waiting area, which had a comfortable seating space and a few work carrels with coffee, water, soda and snacks. And free wifi. I plugged in and connected to work. About two hours later, I got an email that my van was ready. The email included a video from the mechanic. That's never happened before. I've never gotten a video. That's incredible customer service. So I pack up and head back to the service technician. No charge, Tanya says. "The switch was defective." That's great to hear! I'm five stars with Mercedes-Benz of Durham and super pleased with the great customer service I continue to get from Mercedes dealers including Louisville and Charlotte [Review 17719 overall - 3305 in North Carolina - 1240 of 2022.]
