Terrible service, the staff serves you very poorly, you ask them about promotions or things like that and they don't answer what you ask them.

Their plans are blah. Went to get a phone for my teen and not a lot of affordable options in the store. Was offered some pricey android options to add to my current plan but iPhone options had to be on a separate plan for at least a month then could convert to my current plan. Was offered some discounts but overall wasn't pleased with the pricing.

They sold me a defective phone and have given me a run around about getting a replacement. They're unprofessional and care very little about customer satisfaction. Also, they are impossible to reach via phone. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me.
