Framing department does a great job IF they're actually there during store hours. Went in on a Friday when the store opened at 9, no one was at framing. No signs saying when anyone would be in, nothing. Michaels management apologized and said they'd be in at 10. Waited around for an hour and came back at 10, still no one. Then management then said they'd be in at 4. Really? After having over an hour of my time wasted waiting around for someone who was never going to show up, I went elsewhere for my framing needs. You should too if you want someone reliable.

Is this store shutting down or just completely out of stock? The absolute lack of product was disappointing to say the least. No fabric, no felt, no printed fabric, no faux animal skin, no Sherpa. Not a single scrap. Absolutely disgusting

This layout really sux. The directional signage even worse. The selection....low and inventory on the floor even more worse. It's like they gave up on this location and said forget it we will let it close down. Employees are quiet and the cashier didn't let me put my phone number in just automatically override it. Not cool. Michaels is a wonderful craft store when it's invested into. This one looks like they want it to go out of business.

A wide variety of paper crafting supplies for my hobby. The store has been remodeled and it is much more streamlined, uncluttered and well organized. Love shopping there.
I used the self checkout feature today for the first time and really liked it. It was easy to use with large computer screens!

I don’t think I will ever shop at Michael’s again.
After doing research online, I chose this location due to the fact that the item I was looking for showed an “in stock” quality of 6. I felt confident that I would go home with what I needed. I was also excited to pick up some other items- spring decor, display pieces for summer markets, tools, etc… however, when I walked in and heard an employee tell a customer “we are self-checkout,” I immediately put on the brakes and decided to only get the necessities, no “extras.” I’ve spent my life working in retail and I do not want to stand there and ring up 50-75 items myself, and I decided to get some the items on my list at the dollar store.
So I continued my search for the item I went there for. No luck. I looked for an employee to help. No luck. I looked more, up & down the aisles & finally approached the lady at the self-checkout. “Can you help me find something?” After she finished her phone call (with another employee or manager, but still…) she said “maybe.” She pointed in a direction & I took off to look. No luck. Up & down aisles. No luck. Looked for another employee to help. Up & down the aisles. Finally found someone that said the items I was looking for were in the clearance section. She directed me over there & wished me luck as she walked away.
I did not find my items and nobody cared to help me look. I removed half of the items in my basket, only bought what I absolutely needed and hope to never have to shop at Michael’s again.
I spent over 35 years of my life in retail, over half of that in retail management & training. This experience not only made me angry, but it made me sad. I drove 30 minutes each way for a specific product that showed in-stock quantities. And I wanted to SHOP. I would have had better service if I ordered online :(
On a positive note, the store was clean, organized and the displays looked lovely. The staff was kind, just not helpful. My guess is that they were too busy with other tasks to spend time helping customers.

Really nice fancy store and well organized 10/10 . However costumer services seems to be the problem nowadays, I was there yesterday and my cashier DID NOT SPEAK TO ME AT ALL she was on the phone on a live stream and just seem like she didn’t care for the costumer. Poor management it seems because how are managers letting other employees act this way. Michaels you need to do better .
