Dropped off before 9 AM on a Sunday for an oil change and tire rotation. Showed up 10 minutes before they were supposed to close at 5 PM and my vehicle had not moved. No work had been done. No call or text to let me know they couldn’t get the work done in time.
Edit: I called the customer service number. They offered a $40 voucher. It’s been over two weeks and has not shown up.

Paid $800+ dollars for lifetime brakes (pads & rotors) in March 2022 only to be told 2.5 years later that lifetime is really only 2 years or 24,000 miles. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALE/UPSALE OF THIS SERVICE!!!!!!

Disappointed I have been a customer for years so today I went for routine oil change. I had an 12:30 appointment and arrived at 12:15 I sat in the waiting area until 12:45 so walked next door to McDonald's. I walk back and it's 1:20 and vehicle has not been touched. There is an hour guarantee but my vehicle was not ready until 2:14 p.m. FALSE ADVERTISING. My time is valuable and I won't use your services again. Management doesn't care!!!

I have been coming to this location since 2021.I always call to make appointments and have not had any issues in that regard.I love that they always do a good job, explain things and don't pressure you to get work done that is not needed.In addition, they are open to you getting a second opinion.
