Got great service from the whole team but specifically Renee. Had an urgent issue that no other auto shops could get to until next week and they squeezed me in and had in ready to go in a couple hours. Big appreciation for their help

From the very minute I placed the phone call, everyone was so very helpful to me at Mr. tire on LaSalle Street. Lanaja made sure the tire was in for my daughter’s car, and was so super friendly, helpful, and professional.
we went on a Sunday and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes for buying a new tire. That is with purchasing, installation and everything. It was so quick, fast and awesome. I have never had such a great and easy experience at an auto place in my life.
We will definitely be return customers. Lanaja, Anthony, and Q were a great team and we feel so lucky to have had their help and expertise today.

I had a flat tire due to a nail. They fixed my car in less than one hour. We have found them to be efficient and trustworthy.

I’ve gotten tires here and a tire replaced after I ran over an object. Today, with paperwork-my warranty was honored and two tires were replaced. I find the place full of southern hospitality and good advice. They were certainly cheaper than the dealer. I observed-during my visit, they are trusted with commercial fleet care. The mechanics were friendly and made me feel comfortable. There was a great female manager on the day of my visit and she has a strong leadership vibe with her staff. I’ve had three positive visits in a row and feel they are honest at a good price.

In Durham, NC, for a conference, my car started making a disconcerting grinding noise. Mr. Tire was close, so there I went. I was helped right away, and Anthony drove the car into a bay. He and their head mechanic Jordan told me it was a brake problem, and showed me exactly what. I was steeling myself for a hefty bill and long wait, but it turned out to be half what I was afraid of and took less than two hours to fix. Now, that was a relief given my fears, but what do I know about cars? The point is, they were friendly, helpful, and understanding. We were from out of town and on a schedule not of our own making. They fixed the car but also gave us peace of mind and turned what could have been a stressful and unpleasant day into a minor interruption.

My experience was the best experience I had ever. I had to catch a train from Charlotte to Durham and get the car from my brother, and I had an appointment set up for a mobile mechanic who did not show up. So I called about 15 car shops, then was stated they were backed up and then I called here and I was told they can complete job for me today. The manger said he was able to got me in and out.

Anthony did a great job explaining the job process and what was needed to fix my car. This is a very honest man and hard to find good honest mechanics. William also explained everything to me and even reassured me that this was the correct process and kept me company while my car was being serviced. Lenaja is an amazing employee and always goes above and beyond to help me every time I come for any service. She really makes the experience worthwhile. Also Jordan did a fantastic job as well. These are some outstanding employees and I would come back just off how well these employees made my experience. Even while dealing with rude, nasty, disrespectful customers these employees still remained professional and respectful. I look forward to my next appointment.

My inspection technician went above and beyond the call of duty. He was excellent. He took the time to explain to me every aspect all the inspection help me greatly and because of him I will be back.

Back tire need air after leaving car in the driveway over the week .told the technician at the front I needed air in the tire I had a warranty.
Without looking up my car or warranty he told me if my warranty wasn’t the premium warranty then I would need a new tire . Don’t recommend this store

The tires I was told would be available the day before my appointment were not available when I arrived. The mileage listed on my invoice was over 20,000 higher than actual odometer mileage

While visiting Durham to drop off my daughter at college and help her settle into her room, I ran into an unexpected issue with my car. The caliber fell off my tire brakes, requiring immediate service as I had to be on the road within the next day. When I arrived at Mr. Tire, I was greeted by a welcoming service representative named Herman. Despite the fact that they were fully booked with other customers, Herman personally came outside to verify the issue with my vehicle and assured me that the work would be completed by 12 PM the following day.
Even though I arrived at 5 PM, Herman made sure to get my vehicle looked at and repaired. True to his word, my car was ready by 1 PM the next day, allowing me and my family to head back home. Herman's efficiency and dedication to servicing my needs were truly exceptional. I was so impressed by his service that I reached out to him the following week to express my gratitude once again. Thank you, Mr. Tire, and a special thank you to Herman for going above and beyond to get me back on the road.

Update: tried to contact the home office several times, left messages, but nobody has called me back. Absolutely horrible.
Poor communication, staff was indifferent. The initial contact was great (shout out to Nae) but everyone else were less than helpful. Ended up getting tires somewhere else

Brought work truck in for new tires and they jumped right on it. We were back on the road in no time. 5 star service
