I was charged $75 for a french and the nails were uneven like she just cut them off without measuring like just cutting yk, BTW one nail was crooked, and I get the nails that I got were worth 75 dollars but she should’ve done a discount scene there where uneven and crooked…

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I had booked an appointment in advance and was told to come at 5 PM. But when I arrived, they said the person I was scheduled with wasn’t even there.
Not only did they not apologize, but several staff members started mocking and behaving in a very rude and unprofessional way.
I felt extremely uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.
I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Clients deserve to be treated with respect—not with carelessness and mockery.

This shop of variety is owned by Señora Juana, while there are talented ladies that do beautiful nails: Kiara & Leslie, not everyone is licensed and honestly if you are black you can come get serviced but your business is not welcomed. I’ve seen very few regular black patrons. There is a major conflict with their culture and standard American business practices. The prices advertised are not what they will charge you when they are done and that’s where the issue comes in, it was explained to me that it is customary that latinas never ask the price I can assume it is bc the price is probably understood before service begins. This shop has had two altercations because of this, the first I’m aware of resulted in a patron assaulting the owner, the second was a patron refusing a $20 increase in service for a basic pedicure w regular polish not gel. One would think if the nail techs expressed to the owner and after her being assaulted that she needs to change the prices to reflect inflation and riding cost she would honor that but she has not. Weird but true, this is a customer service issue that can be avoided, nevertheless people are free to run their respective place of business as desired. Cynthia the lash tech is a very pleasant person who does lashes beautifully, she makes them look like they grew naturally however this conflict of interest separated my continued business as there was a breakdown in communication regarding their approach to women that come for services that are not latinas. She resorted to saying because she raised her prices from $65 to $95 a full set and fill from $50 to $70 that she could not service me, I don’t think she wanted to admit she was upset that I openly voiced my disdain for my observances after having come there almost a year and half, no problem I do not spend my hard earned money where it is not welcomed✌?These ladies are all related or have familial relations in some way in other words a community that sticks together as they should other connected salons are Nancy Nails in Wellons Village, Zuli on N Roxboro Rd, and the shop bedside Carlie Cs on 98 all affiliated. Unfortunately some more welcoming than others but they all over charge blacks and give a different price to their kind it’s a common thread that a few of us have noticed that are from Durham or have been here for years, it’s too noticeable that if you are not Latina your business is not welcomed, hopefully your experience will yield improved results. Word to the wise for all my latinas I know Europeans hv the world brainwashed that the black man and woman are trash we are creators of many things that has been robbed from us in particular here in the US where our entire identity was erased, many of you who are here illegally are not cognizant that you do not hv to assimilate to coexist no one wants to take anything from you, we have our own thankyou and we don’t have cartels funding us or friends in credit unions falsifying documents to empower us we have established ourselves w nothing… you will soon learn you are not caucasoids and your prototype is of African ancestry apologies your elders never owned that truth and shared it w ya? do not make the mistake of ostracizing the ones you really need to unite with foreal foreal but no ones begging✌?‼️

Long review post!! Must Read!!!I recently had the pleasure of visiting an incredible nail salon called Kreations by Kiki let me just say, the experience was absolutely mind-blowing. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and professionalism from the owner and staff. The salon itself was beautifully designed, with modern, colorful decor. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The ambiance was relaxing, and I felt instantly comfortable. The service I received from Kiki at this nail salon were truly exceptional. Shes not only knowledgeable and skilled in her craft, but also showed a genuine passion for providing top-notch service and educating clients on nail care. Did i mention she took the time to listen to my preferences? I wanted her to be her creative self so I let her do her thing!!! It was amazing. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I gave five stars if I could I would’ve given 10!!The range of services offered was astonishing. It was an experience I have never received before!! Whether you're looking for a classic manicure, an intricate nail art design, or acrylic nails you need to visit Kiki. They had an impressive selection of designs and colors to choose from. Kiki was undeniably talented, creating stunning and flawless designs that exceeded my expectations. What truly set this nail salon apart was the level of attention to detail and the use of high-quality products. They only used top-of-the-line brands, ensuring that my nails received the best care possible. The finished look was simply stunning, and I have received countless compliments on my nails afterwards. (That’s never happened before)As if all of this wasn't enough, the prices were surprisingly affordable considering the outstanding service and results. The value for money was remarkable, and I left feeling like I had received a luxurious treat without breaking the bank.Overall, my experience at this nail salon was truly mind-blowing. The combination of exceptional customer service, skilled technician, and stunning results makes it a must-visit for anyone in need of nail care. I cannot recommend this salon enough and I am already looking forward to my next visit.Services: Nail art

This place is horrible I went to get a pedicure and a nail set the lady who did my toes I asked for acrylic on my two big toes she was doing fine at first until she got to the acrylic on the toes she was glueing them on and didn't let them dry and went on to "shape" them so quick and the nail broke off and she grabbed glue and glued it back on and the shape was flared out because how it broke and she glued it back on I thought she was gonna fix the shape while trying to " shape the acrylic on my toe " but didn't and then proceeded to cut my skin open and I told her it hurt and continued on that spot. Then the other feet turned out fine then I went on with my nails the girl who did my nails did okay but cut me and I got an infection and it's now turning yellow and my finger is swollen and it hurts a lot and my nails are already lifting it's only been 6 days !!!

My nails literally only lasted two days before they began to lift. It took 4 hours and I didn't even get what I wanted. She was very apologetic but didn't offer any discount. There are a few techs that are better but not all. I wasted $80. I do not recommend unless you have money to waste!

If your not Hispanic they don't care about you basically. I have a friend who aunt owns this shop. They messed up nails twice and when I asked for a specific nail tech I was repeatedly turned down. I am bilingual due to my daughter being Afro Latina and they will ignore you and act like your not speaking Spanish correctly.
