NC Systema provides instruction in health, wellness and martial arts, via weekly group classes, monthly workshops, and 1-1 training sessions. Classes and workshops are led by experienced instructors, fully certified to teach Systema by Masters Mikhail Ryabko, Vladimir Vasiliev and Konstantin Komarov.

i took a self defense class here and it was an incredible experience. they taught techniques that are immediately useful and gave us plenty of practice using the various techniques to make us comfortable applying them.

Not your typical self-defense, martial arts class. Great for people of any size or skill level, I'm 5'0" and 80 lbs. You will learn skills not just for attack situations, but also skills to help control your mind and body during every day situations and stresses. Great camaraderie is a plus!
