The staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I went in for a hollow humming sound that appears at 40 mph while on the road. They took it for a spin and lifted it to check the tires. I came in expecting the worst (wheel bearing issue) but they assured me the tires were worn. I was also not charged for the diagnosis! 10/10 service. I will definitely come back here if I need my car checked/repaired in the future.

Well was hoping to get a quick bead ran because on there website it says on-site welding services. However when I called I was quickly told they didn't do welding...... Maybe update your website.

Ineffectual. Not only would they not help me change a flat to put a spare on, they wouldn't let the roadside technician do it either. The only real reason is they didn't want to lose money...even though they're incompetent. They aren't customer service minded and they don't care about people.

I had a very bad experience with Neal's garage. They OVERCHARGE, at least three times the normal repair cost. I went there and left my car in the morning to fix a TPMS error/issue. They called me and said there is issue with one of the TPMS and they will charge 395$ to replace it in total. I argued with the guy and confronted that this is at least 3 times the normal repair cost for replacing a TPMS. After argument he said I can come down to 265$ or you need to pay the diagnostic charges and take your car back. This is the first red flag that he was clearly trying to overcharge me and negotiated from 395 to 265$ charge which is still twice the normal repair cost for diagnosis and replacing the single TPMS. I had to agree because I needed to get it fixed on the same day. When I went to pick up my car I discussed with guy on counter that you guys are trying to overcharge. Nobody charge 265 for a single a TPMS. One of the guy at counter started arguing in a very rude manner and said we charge hourly whatever the repair is, which they did not communicated with me when I came to drop-off my car. Neither they provided me any estimate or hourly rate. He was very rude and arrogant that I had to just pay and leave. My advice is that if you really have to go to them just beware that they are going to overcharge you.

Honest,trustworthy, and expert at their craft. Amazing customer service. I brought my car in, and they diagnosed everything perfectly, but it was something that I needed to get done at the dealership.They did not charge me for their time

My car need a jump so I went and asked these guys for help. Without hesitation they gave me their portable battery jumper and said they don't mind if I take it and bring it back and taught me how to use it too. The jumper worked perfectly and I brought it back an hour later and they didn't even charge me. Everyone was so helpful and nice for someone they didn't even need to help / make money from. Would go back for any real car issues if they arise.

A few months ago, I brought my car in for a $30 North Carolina emissions certification. Neal's said they couldn't open the hood and wanted another $120 to put it on the rack and open the hood. We agreed because we needed the test conducted. They estimated ~$700 for the hood cable fix. We didn't have Neal's Garage repair the hood cable but brought the car back to our local mechanic who pushed the cable holder bracket back in place and did not charge for the one-minute fix.I was letting this go until I read DY OH'AR's Google review from earlier in 2023 with a suspiciously similar and rare issue of a hood cable requiring replacement. In my decades of driving I have never had a hood cable that required replacement. Beware of upselling.

...overall satisfied. I had left my vehicle for a check up. Satisfied with that. But when I came back at 450 to get it, they had closed for the day, the sign says closes at 530. That was after I had spoken to someone saying I was on my way to retrieve it. Luckily I had brought a spare set of keys...

Got an oil change and they spilled the oil in my engine. Picked up my car and a couple hours later, my engine started smoking. Had to take my car back so they could clean it up and did not even give me a refund.

I have taken a couple of my cars to Neals Garage over the years. They are very nice, honest, and provide great service. Always take the time to explain the problem and suggest the most important fixes vs. what maybe can wait until next time. They complete service in a timely manner and it hasn't ever taken more than a day or two to fit me into the schedule. I highly recommend. I will continue to take my vehicles to them whenever I have a problem.Services: Exhaust

Neals Garage is the best Independent Garage in the Triangle Area, hands down. State of the Art equipment/full surveillance in the garage so you can watch your vehicle being worked on remotely/fleet of loaner cars/Tesla charging station/fully guaranteed work and super friendly staff. They warranty all of their work and completely stand behind any service they perform/they also report all work to Carfax so it is documented...go to Neals Garage and you will be glad you did!!!!
