Seldom easy to find anyone working at the registers, the bathrooms are not up to Nordstrom standard (clogged toilets, TP all over, out of order sinks), and the selection, especially bags and purses, is small in comparison to other locations or online. This isn't a great Nordstrom but it's the only one for a 100+ miles. Had to return some online items and a sales associate made eye contact with me while I stood at an unattended register (they are all always unattended) and ignored me until I walked off to a register with someone who accepted my return. If this Nordstrom had a better in-store selection and experience, I wouldn't have to shop online and do returns!---I would shop in store and they'd get their commission on a sale and not waste their time with a return, which they are loathe to do.

Nordstrom needs to do better when it
comes to online orders! They need to find better carriers ! UPS claimed they delivered shoes and had a blurry picture they took showing it was delivered to my address. All Nordtrom did was apologize and could not even expedite another pair to my address.I was going out of town and needed the shoes before I left..

Yesterday I shopped Nordstrom's at The Streets at Southpoint for evening dinner and dancing party attire. I came away with a nice dress and sweater, due in large part to the excellent customer service I received from Ayesha. Sales associate was a light skin slim black girl with a long weave, wearing a light blue dress, working at register 4620, Monday (06/09/25) around 6pm. She didn’t have name tag on. It seemed as if I interrupted her conversation when I came to the register for help, didn’t greet me, and proceeded to have side conversations with her coworkers. 0/10 customer service and not welcoming at all. Should be reprimanded.

There are very few times I go to this location and get good service. Being from the DC area, Nordstrom is synonymous with excellent service However, this Location consistently falls Below the standard. This is a smaller store with less selection and the employees often seem annoyed when you ask a question. Today I specifically went to look at travel systems in the kids section and felt as if I was interrupting the conversation. Nobody greeted me or asked if I needed assistance and compared to the store that I went to in the bethesda Maryland, the kids section was very sparse. You’re better off going to Charlotte or just shopping Nordstrom online

Met a wonderful associate named Nhu, in womenswear. She was lovely to work with, intuitive and attentive. From her warm greeting, to the way she carefully laid out my items in the fitting room, to her patience-- she really created a boutique shopping experience for us. I'll definitely be back.
