These folks did a good bit of work on one of my cars and were always great, so when I needed an oil change for my other car and couldn't get to my specialized mechanic, I gave these folks a call...we ran into some snags with ice car's finicky nature, and these guys took care of me swiftly, courteously and handled it EXTREMELY well. As I've always said, it's easy to have great customer service up front, but when there's a snag, what happens? At Northgate Auto Service, they come through. I can confidently say you're in good hands with these guys.

Was given an appointment, I arrived about 11:05, out about 12:20 I had never been here before. Staff were friendly, professional. I was given an estimate of what charge would be for parts and labor, it did not change. When i asked about future service I may need, he promptly answered and I did not get the feeling I was bothering him. It's good to know I have a reliable honest place to take my car to that is close to where I live.

Great service! My horn wasn't working and I took my car in at 8am and it was totally fixed by 9:30am! Very quick turnaround. Also every employee I interacted with was very pleasant and kind. Will definitely be bringing my car back here again!

They always take great care of me when I come in. No nickel and diming. They're extremely transparent and won't suggest unnecessary work. I trust this auto shop more than any place I've ever taken my vehicles.

I contacted Northgate to check on my brake system and pads. They called me to confrim my appintment and go over details before drop off. After looking at my car, they explained my brake pads were good to go for another 5-7k miles and did not try to oversell me on services. When my car got stuck a day later (just my luck) and sustained some damage due to a stick hitting the radiator, I did not even hestiate to have AAA bring my car for more complex service to Northgate.

Northgate came recommended by several people online when I was searching for a garage to go to. And for good reason. They were nice, there estimates how long things would take were exact, and I was satisfied with the pricing. Their estimate for changing my transmission fluid was reasonable too. I’ll be back, I finally found a garage I trust.

I've taken our cars here several times over the last few years and have always been impressed by how kind, professional, and honest the folks are here. Kelly at the front desk tells you everything they're going to do up front, calls if they find something and lets you know the pros/cons and charges up front before they do anything, and is always patient and willing to answer questions from a non-car person like me. Highly recommended and happy to write a review for them.

Service is great. Kelly and Jeff are great to work with and keep you informed. They found rear brakes needed to be replaced and took care of that. The price for repairs were good and work was 1st class. Awesome job!
