This place was dirty! Staff lacked knowledge of current sales and couldn't even adjust my item to match the current sale and I stood there waiting and waiting and all 3 employees didn't have a clue, I eventually walked out without my item.

Terrible customer service in the store today. I walked in with a return where multiple employees stared at me & continued chatting with each other. After a few minutes, someone comes. No greeting, just grabs my item and says “I’m assuming this is a return”. She scans the receipt and goes “nope, this is a later return and I can’t accept this”. I said oh what was the date? To which she replies “don’t know but it’s late”. As someone who used to work in retail, there’s a way to deny a return while still keeping some customer service about you. I hope they can get some better training in this area!

As someone who has not only been an Old Navy customer for more than 2 decades but an Old Navy card holder for most of that time I cannot believe the service I received here. Making a return to a store has never been an issue. Both the staff and the manager they called over were rude and curt and as unhelpful as they could possibly be. They didn’t want to listen or offer any kind of solution. At one point they even suggested I take the items to a consignment store which the other customers around me couldn’t even believe. I wouldn’t shop here again if you paid me and will be escalating my issue to corporate.

I went to this location and the doors was locked. The hours on the door are different from what is on the website. The sign on the window/door should match and they dnt.

Good customer experience all around ("ship to store"), especially from Lacy who happily searched for the specific jean size I wanted to try and even brought a few additional pair to the dressing room in case they fit. She was friendly, supportive, and professional.

I assume every Old Navy store is similar to another. I like to visit here for pretty good quality and inexpensive clothes for men. Usually shirts and shorts. For long pants I usually go elsewhere. The utilitarian décor (exposed concrete and metal pipes) can disguise some disarray but the clothes usually seem nicely arranged.

My only pet peeve is people who waste my time. And today I spent time in old navy shopping, and many of their tags say to scan via the app for more info instead of saying a price. When they were rung up at the cash register most of them were over 2x as expensive as the app said!! And they refused to price match with their own company. So I understand and agreed to just order online, but when I tried, every single item said unavailable both online and in my store even though I was staring at the item in the store currently. Obviously I was not paying double for clothing of which their own company says is worth 1/2 that price, so I had to leave empty handed and time absolutely wasted. A shame.
