Came to this location just a day after returning from my brother’s funeral. The intention was to get my younger sisters matching bracelets and charms, similar to a gift I had received as condolences. I’d never worn one prior. I was met with a very rude sales rep who decided to inform me that if she were the sales rep for my bracelet, she would have sold a smaller one. After reminding her that it was a gift for my brother’s death and of the intention for the additional bracelets and charms, I was met with more disregard and an even less bothered store manager upon reporting. Thank God there’s always Tiffany’s for sympathy gifts, where I know sales reps will have class.

We really like this Pandora location especially since they moved and got a bigger space. Everyone is always helpful and nice to us when we shop.

Drove all the way here to get some of my rings cleaned only to be told they’re not doing jewelry cleaning today because the “machine is broken.” This sounds a lot like lazy service to me. I’ve been purchasing from pandora for years and every single time I’ve gone to ask for jewelry cleaning post-pandemic I get turned away for one reason or another. If pandora no longer wants to clean customers jewelry then STOP MARKETING FREE CLEANINGS. You are wasting your customers time by not properly training your employees to handle these requests.

I read reviews before I came here. This review was written 4 years ago and it must have been4 years agoI am a huge fan of Pandora and have made numerous purchases online and at several stores. I am not one to write bad reviews, however, this needs to be said. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this particular Pandora shop. The woman helping me could've used a lesson on smiling, but that is not the reason for this review. The true disappointment came from her coworker. She made me feel I was more of a nuisance rather than a paying customer. Her condescending attitude and the manner in which she spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Her rudeness was uncalled for. I made my purchase regardless, because I wasn't there to waste anyone's time but to buy something. If you're thinking of shopping here, lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

If the staff would have answered my question when I walked in instead of talking over me to tell me that they were closing soon (in the next 10 minutes), that would have been great. It didn't seem like they were in a big rush to close in the first place because they were letting all the customers in front of me take their time trying on various pieces of jewelry and flip through catalogs. I understand wanting to focus on your client but a quick yes or no to my question would have been preferred over "We are only guaranteed to help this lady here but you can wait if you want to see if we can get to you". There were still people at the counter and in line by the time the store was supposed to close and the customers were nowhere near done shopping. If you have a cutoff time for receiving customers, it needs to be posted on the door.Maybe I'll give this store a try another different day BUT not any time soon based off of the service I received this time around.

I came for online order pickup. Didn’t wait for long, since it wasn’t many people at that time. There’s only one employee (I wonder how she manage if many people come at the same time), but she was nice and helpful. My Pandora charms that I pickup that day also packed nicely.

Wish they had separate check out lane for online orders. Having to wait in line with other customers who need to see and make selection does not make sense.Bad customer experience. No value for time spent online, if one has to spend same amount of time or more at store to just pick up.
