I was making an arts and crafts project for a birthday and went in looking for some Washi tape, but I ended up leaving with an adorable card and several beautiful gift bags and paper. Everything was so aesthetic I wanted to buy the whole store! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when I asked about some merchandise. I will surely choose this place the next time I have stationery needs.

Just before xmas, I really liked this shop that also sells gift boxes! The staff is very pleasant. They had exactly what I was hoping for.

Betsy and Jenna did a wonderful job providing excellent customer service! Jenny did an outstanding job with the gift wrapping and Betsy was very insightful as she helped me choose wrapping paper, bows, balloons..etcI will definitely be back and i will definitely recommend this business to others!!!

I don't think I've ever left a review for a company on Google before, but I am so frustrated by the lack of response from customer service that I have to say something. I had a negative interaction with papersource over the holidays in which customer service took TWO WEEKS to reply to my email. I understood that things were especially backed up from the holidays, so I didn't mind as much.This time, I ordered a roll of wrapping paper and 3 birthday cards on January 11th. I received confirmation that my package was being shipped on January 13th. I received the delivery on January 15th. The problem is that the package only included the wrapping paper roll. The shipping invoice had the other 3 items circled in pen, whatever that's supposed to mean.When I first made the order I received an email saying that if any items were unavailable I would be alerted immediately. That did not happen in my first order over the holidays or this time. When I went onto papersource's tracking page it says that all of my items have been delivered. I have been charged for all of the items but have only received one of them.I tried calling customer service on Monday and went from #12 to #3 over a span of 60 minutes and then had to hang up because I had to go back to work.I am currently on hold with customer service today. I went from #22 to #9 over the course of 47 minutes and am again afraid I am going to have to hang up.I emailed customer service on Monday regarding this order and still have not received a response.I will no longer be buying anything from this store.

They have some interesting things, but a lot of the paper products seemed like they have fallen off the shelf quite a bit and are damaged or have poor quality control.

Excellent service but prices for basic gift items are way too high. I could understand this due to the store having a convenient location for mall shoppers.
