this is a huge outdoor shopping center, it's like a mile from the Home Depot to the Big Lots. there are these huge wide boulevards and traffic circles and on one end of the shopping center the Big lots which for some reason it was built on a huge beam which eventually the made into a wall that makes getting to the Big lots from further inside the mall can be an adventure. I drive through the shopping center multiple times a week and the layout continues to confuse me. but they have the total wine and a vape store and a place to drop off Amazon returns so it meets all my needs

After Kroger left it went down hill. It used to be so beautiful at Patterson place. It was full of life. It had great stores, restaurants, etc
Then the stupid big lots came and then the devita diagnosis center made the parking lot all crazy. It was so nice at one time. I wish they would change all the land behind the stores into a beautiful park and picnic tables. This complex has so much potential to be so beautiful. They need to lower the rent at these places and stop letting places like Bull City Furniture take over places. They were horrible. Also DSW needs to go to where Bed Bath and Beyond was. And they need more restaurants on the bottom of patterson place instead of just peony and panera bread. Panera Bread will always suck or at least that one.
And to have a pet store next to a shoe store next to a wine store makes like no dang sense at all.
For all the apartment people I am sure they would love to have something to shop at instead of just a paint store, shoe store, pet store and kohls.
Big Lots is ruining Patterson Place it needs to hit the road. Its never busy and that parking lot is never full.
