Terrible experience. I was rushed the appointment lasted 5 mins there were no questions asked about my pets conditions. I was given medication for cat when my pet is a dog and information given was not helpful at all.

The vet was great. However, the check-in process is flawed. I received a text from Vetco stating that they “tried to call but were able to get through”, but they did not call. The check-in staff member said Vetco didn’t send the message, and also scorned me for being a few minutes late, saying they could cancel my appointment. Disappointingly service.

It was quick and easy to get the dogs registered and vaccinated. It would have been better if they had been at the front of the store and maybe using the grooming office. Instead of the back of the store on food pallets.

This store closes at 6pm during the week. Not good for me and others as I walked up with 3 families trying to shop here. I stop here after work and sometimes my work shift isn't over in time for the 6pm closure!!

This is absolutely the worse customer service I have encountered. If I can give it a 0 rating I would. The manager Chris does not know how to interact with customers. Plenty of other pet stores to shop in. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I came in to find a ferret to keep company to the one I just purchased 2 weeks ago over at another Petco. When I asked if I can get help with the ferrets the first thing I was told was they would only open the enclosure if I'm going to buy one. Then the manager Chris came over to help. Then proceeded to tell me as we are conversations about the nipping and biting that what she frowns upon. I proceeded to explain that there's ways of teaching them with out hitting or punishing them. Ex verbal cues and holding them in a proper way. Until you get the response you want. Then she says maybe that the ferrets there are not a right fit for me. That she doesn't have to sale any of them to me. Needles to say her attitude towards me the way she spoke down at me made me take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling grooming. Too lazy to style so shaved a small dog because of a few mates. Avoid at all cost!!

This store doesn't look at clean as the other nearby Petco. You can tell that the grooming staff if very overwhelmed as there was nobody to help with incoming calls and they were trying to juggle so much with only 2 people available. The person (Chris) who handled my dog did a great job and was friendly with both me and my dog. He gave a helpful tip related to my dog as well.

PLEASE READ!!! It's hard looking for a groomer so when I found Petco and went for the first time in November, everything was good. My dog look great. Danielle did a great job. No complaints and very easy to talk to. The price they charged is reasonable. So I booked another appointment on February 3, 2021 @1pm for her second appointment with Danielle. We checked in. I talked to Danielle and told her what I wanted. No problem! I got a call at 3:45 saying that my dog was ready. I went to pick her up and checked her before I paid. After I paid, I went back to get my dog. I asked Danielle, "Was Jazzy good? Is everything good?" She replied, "She's good." So I took my dog and left. When I got home, my sister picked her up and hugged Jazzy. Then she realized that there was something in her tail hair. We looked and THE TIP OF HER TAIL IS GONE and it looked like they applied some glue to stop the bleeding. SHE CHOPPED OFF MY DOGS TAIL!!!! I took my dog back and talked to the managers because Danielle was off work. Jaime, Jessica and another manager helped me. They were very understanding and helpful. They sent me to the vet. Petco paid for the visit and reimbursed me. The thing that pissed me off the most is that she didn't tell me when I asked if everything was good. WTF! If she told me from the start, I would have understood and not been so mad because accidents happens. First, she didn't tell me. Second, the manager called her and she said the my dog had a scab that was bleeding on her tail. Well that still didn't make sense! You don't cut off your leg when you have a scab on your knees! And she is NOT A DOCTOR! If she was honest from the start, I would not be so mad but she kept on lying!!! People there are great and very helpful but because this ONE chopped off my dog's tail, it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER go back to this Petco. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND taking your dog to this Petco to be groomed! This is a WARNING! Don't put your precious animal in the condition my dog is in right now. Look at the photos!

Horrible store! I went today at 5:15 pm and they would not let me enter, saying the store closes at 5 pm! That is absolutely ridiculous. Online the time says 8 pm. The employees were rude to me and I am upset I even tried. PetSmart for me.

Made a reservation which was difficult at best and was told they couldn't accept the appointment when we came because her rabies was less than 48 hrs. We do this routine every year after her shots and this wasn't important information to share. My once a year has changed to zero. We will find another pleasure. Horrible customer service.
