I brought my dog in on 6/26 to be groomed, where she was groomed by Connie. Upon picking her up my daughter was told she move a little when trimming the ears & it was shorter which was fine. She cried on & off whenever we tried to place the harness on to go outside & we quickly noticed she had been cut. Not once were we notified of the incident & had she not begin to act unusual we wouldn’t known. We took her back & spoke with the manger about this incident. My dog had to be seen at the vet, placed on meds, & has to wear a cone until the wound is healed. I say all this to say PLEASE CHECK EVERY INCH OF YOUR animal when being groomed here. It was unacceptable & I am very displeased that something like this was done & the groomer did not make us aware.

They literally have everything there like pets and all kinds of stuff and the groomers are very nice in the future I hope this store will receive more love

My dog had a grooming appointment and she is a handful. She has been seen here before but on this day, the groomers said that she was "too skiddish" and could not service her. I was very disappointed because she acted the same as last time she was here. I feel as though the groomers didn't try hard enough to interact with her. I thought these were trained professionals.

Great place fir puppy supplies and other things for animals. Now as far as dog food not to much. They hardly ever have my dogs food or my cats litter.
I have to go somewhere else for those things. Plus I found out I can get my dogs food cheaper at another pet supplier.
But I do like all of the verity of animals accessories they have. Now petco have some of the best pet accessories I have seen.
They may not have cheaper dog food but thier accessories are pretty reasonable.

How sad, I bought 5 fish; 4 guppies and 1 betta in this Petco, all dead in less than a week. In my tank there were already 2 guppies, 3 tetras and 2 snails; I bought them at Pet Supplies Plus near me more than two months ago, all of them are still alive to this day. So I don't recommend buying from this Petco, I doubt they take good care of their animals.
