You just lost a customer you’ve had for 65 years. I bought a $2200 chair 16 months ago with “premium” down back and seat cushions and they are already shot, flattened and unusable. And the response from your customer service “leadership”, who won’t even get on the phone with the customer, but instead pass messages through the underlings? “We don’t service furniture over a year old. “ I hope you all get one year four months out of your next $2200 furniture purchase. This is the third and final time I’m furnishing my living room with you and the last time I buy anything from any store in your brand. Thank goodness was I can get some satisfaction by sharing on social media. And of course I’ll take this to the local store on a busy Saturday.

This was a beautiful place with incredibly helpful staff. I couldn’t decide on a bed at first, but the staff made it much easier to choose a set for my kids room. Excellent customer service all around! I will be going back.

Shopped at this location today and I had such a pleasant experience with Sarah that I had to do a Google review. We have been shopping all day and hadn’t found what we needed and she was the only one that assisted us truly to help us. Talk out what we needed.
She was also the only one that made us feel welcome to shop at the store as we went to many luxury stores today! We found exactly what we needed and more!
Big thank you for all your great tips and help getting our goodies for our events!

In this particular location, customer service is non existent. I went in to order a dining table, chairs, a bench, night stand and a set of bunk beds for our second home, I had a question about the bunk beds( I was at the Regular pottery barn store adjacent to the kids store) I walked up to 2 associates who were just standing and talking in the lighting section, first asking them about the color of the bunk bed, they quickly told me they could not help me, I needed to go to the other store. I decided to place the order myself on line, why would I give my business to a store that would not take the time to show me a wood sample. I know for a fact that both stores carry the same samples to look at. They just did not want to take the time to show me, unfortunately they lost out on a huge sale, I still have many things to order but again will do this on line, not in store.

Really poor customer experience at this location and overall at corporate level, delayed order, no call backs from Durham, Durham store manager apathetic, wasting time hunting down answers with multiple depts, etc etc .

Big shout out to Joanne for her helpful customer service today! We were completely igniored at Crate & Barrel. We had pre-ordered swatches from both Pottery Barn and C&B for a similar sectional. Today was the day we were testing them in-person and deciding between them. The quality and price was better at PB than C&B. That aside, I was completely turned off from C&B based on their aloof attitude there, even though we were past customers. I appreciate getting our questions answered and having feedback shared about various fabrics.

Ordered a Westin king mattress and split frame boxspring. They only delivered half of the box spring. After several calls between Pottery Barn and the delivery company. I still don’t have the missing 1/2 boxspring. Rep from Pottery Barn calls 5 days later saying that I never purchased the other half of the boxspring and offered a measly 25% discount to purchase the other half. Makes absolutely no sense. I made this purchase in store with the sales rep. I have a confirmation email that says I purchased a boxspring, not 1/2. Terrible customer service for a company that touts themselves as upscale. A sham and a shame. Folks do yourselves a favor and order directly from the Westin online.

Pottery Barn and the rest of brands that fall under this umbrella are typically businesses I enjoy patronizing. Pottery Barn Teen currently has a sorority line of items for purchase and I was excited to use my Williams Sonoma credit card to gain points on a purchase /gift I wanted to get for a friend until it came to my attention that the Devine 9 Sororities are no where to be found. Pottery Barn….. DO BETTER!

I’m not sure when it became acceptable for sales associates to blatantly ignore customers but that’s the standard at this location. Today, I waited in line, only to be SKIPPED by the incredibly unpleasant sales associate at check out. I think I will stick to online shopping with Pottery Barn in the future.

Frustratingly and I’m sure indicative of their general direction, PB no longer includes or allows reviews on their site. I wanted to comment on how disappointing their drapery rods and drapes are, with constant issues of the hooks coming off the rings and every single ring catching on the telescoping rod. I wish I had done more thorough homework on non-box store options before ordering their product. There are some amazing options out there (that we have since bought for other spaces) that cost a comparable amount and perform—and look—infinitely better.

Today was my second time at this location and the second time that I was in the store for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Luckily, if I really want something I can get it from West Elm. Customer service there is excellent.
