Nice selection of men’s clothing. It’s nice to have one with a physical location. Usually I was buying online. They have good service. The prices are rather high with only a fraction of the store on sale even on Black Friday.

I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and I’ve received nothing but good customer service. Until the store manager helped us. I asked her for a shirt size and she didn’t even look at me or say “ok let me go check” walked past me and didn’t say anything. At check out she had an attitude the whole time. I was like maybe she just having a bad day. But today my parents went in the store and they said they received the same bad treatment. They were getting helped by a nice young lady as they wanted to order a shirt they had online. But the manager took over the young lady and didn’t let her finish the transaction. At the end my parents didn’t walk out with anything as they weren’t comfortable with the managers attitude towards them. So when shopping at the store get help from the other employees not from her because you will receive good customer service from the others.

Fashionable High quality men’s clothing store now open in Durham. I usually buy Pyscho Bunny clothes for my son and husband online and thrilled there is Local store in Durham. The staff here is very friendly. Connor is an excellent sales associate and I ending up buying more than I planned. My son loved the bright colors and unique styles from this company. They have some cool bathing suits I’ll be back for when it’s warmer. They also have a boys section which is super cute to match Dads with their son’s especially for Easter. Check it out,

I’ve loved PB for quite some time, and have purchased quite a few pieces….love them all. Last time I was in the Southpoint location, I had one of the most enjoyable and customer service oriented shopping experiences I’ve had in quite some time, and absolutely the best one I’ve had in this PB location since they’ve been open. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable with the brand, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. PB is lucky to have Jamie on their team, and retailers would be much better off if they had employees like him!

I took to long to do the survey so I had to post here. Jamie did a great job assisting me and my children. I’ve never heard of this brand, however Jamie took time to give me the history and show the brand quality. Will be back soon.
