I was having an ongoing issue with transferring units and could not get any answers or help, until I decided to come in and was able to speak with Kim. Kim was VERY professional and quick to fix my issue. She was also very pleasant and funny! Thank you so much Kim for fixing my issue and truly putting customers first !

All around staffing older property compared to most other ones I’ve checked secluded great location will be coming back to store in the near future new to the area. Thanks to the young man for helping and showing some spaces to get an idea

It’s insane that this place had 500 reviews with a 4.7. Holes in the wall, 3 rat deterrent packets, and looked like a scene out of SAW. Instantly got a refund and went to extra space storage. Will never trust anyone but them again
