services are fine, nothing extraordinary. you rarely speak to or see anyone, does take a few minutes to actually get in contact with a person when calling. prices increase periodically and they do not offer refunds or prorated pricing. moved out of unit because of price, still required to pay the full month even though move out was completed on the 1st of the month.

After having such a stressful few days, I will say that getting a storage unit with Public Storage was a breeze. Mareshah was wonderful. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful. She definitely made things so much easier for my family and I.
