I was interested in leasing a unit at Public Storage on Highway 70 in Durham. I had an appt today with Angela to see the unit! Angela was great. Friendly, helpful, informative and very professional!! I am very pleased that I chose this facility to do business with. The facility was clean and bright. Angela was attentive and answered all my question. The process was very easy. I highly recommend this business. Angela is a definite asset. I feel sure she will look after me if I need any help or have any questions ! Thank you Angela

This is a really nice facility! I love the access and privacy. Most of all the staff is knowledgeable and professional. The process was easy and took less than 10 minutes to get setup. The best part is Angela! Everything that she says she's going to do...she does! She's always friendly when I have questions and is super helpful! Angela is definitely an asset to Public Storage!

Angela was so kind from the time I made a reservation on the phone to meeting me promptly for our scheduled appointment. She was very professional and pleasant with answering all of my questions and making sure I was happy with my selection. The whole process was smooth and the facility was clean, well lit, and supplies fully stocked. I would highly recommend this location and make sure you ask for Angela who will take care of you.

Ms. Angela is the bomb.com! I called the office to begin the process of closing out my unit and account. Ms. Angela was soooo nice and helpful. Her warm demeanor made me feel like I'd know her for years. Pleaseeee take good care of Ms. Angela because she takes good care of us customers. 😊

ONG - I had the best interaction just now with the manager of this location, sorry I don’t remember your name but you were great! Been a customer for over 8 years here at this location and this place is clean, easy access and air conditioned! My sister paid more for a smaller unit with no A/C. Nice place in c you need storage space!!

From the moment that I reached out to inquire about leasing a unit from this property, I was greeted by an amazing customer service oriented, individual by the name of Angela! Not only was she completely attentive to everything that I told her I need it in a unit, but she was very personable and delightful to talk to. I have rented storage units from other companies previously and have never had this type of experience. Angela is very genuine in her interactions with all of her customers. Everyone is treated the same when it comes to Angela and that is very rare to see this day and time. Angela is truly a rare jewel. I look forward to paying on my account just so that I can say hi to her. She is truly a ray of sunlight, to know her is a blessing to be honest the rest of the staff that I have interactive with have been good as well, but there’s something about Angela. This is one bill that I actually look forward to paying just so that I can interact with her. Angela has the type of spirit that if you don’t like her or have a complaint about her then more likely it’s you. She is overly compensating, fair, and highly respectable. Thank you Angela for all you do and don’t change a bit, stay true to who God has called you to be, and you are doing a great job at that!
