I would encourage anyone thinking about renting a unit from Public Storage to look elsewhere. They are going to raise your rates as often as they can get away with, for no relevant reason, and if you're late paying your bill because of financial difficulties, you'll have three weeks to fix that before they cut the lock off of your unit so photographs can be taken and they can begin the process of auctioning off your belongings. This company as a whole doesn't care about the customer. Their reported income last year was $2.07 billion. There's no good reason to charge customers more every year for a service that doesn't change. As soon as I can, I'm closing my account and moving my things to a place that won't threaten to sell them to the highest bidder when I'm late with my payment. Extra Space jacks up their rates all the time, too, but at least they don't take the lock off your unit and tell you your things are about to be sold before the current month is out. It should be criminal to take advantage of people this way.

Very clean place. The customer service when first opening my unit was 10/10. Scott was a very helpful person, also makes sure I’m accommodated every time I enter. I’ve been using public storage for years. This is by far my favorite location as of now.

Update: we called again at 3p on Saturday and Rebecca picked up and was there on location. I drove over and she switched my unit to a properly sized one without issue. Apparently she was on site since the morning, but the team is required to do a site walk everyday, so she was out doing that. She did not get the messages that I left oddly, so no one called me back about those directly. I would advise management to have some kind of walkie/intercom system or a site specific phone so the on site staff can be reached by customers if staff is on site but not in the office. In the meantime, if you need a staff member, it sounds like checking in early- mid afternoon is the best time to be helped on the weekends.
A manager also called me today, Monday, to check in, which I appreciated. Overall this is a good clean, easily accessible facility if you need to get in and out of your unit, and the staff do care. Thanks.

Is this place cleanish? Sure. Is it in a good location? Yea. That’s where the benefits stop. I’ve never had a rental unit where no one is at the office EVER, and it especially sucks when you need help! Anytime I’ve been on the weekends, no one is there to assist. I’ve called multiple times and no one returns calls for hours. I went today (Sat) at 10a and called and still have not had my call returned. I cannot wait around all day to get help with a space I’m actively paying for. There is no way to reach out to customer service except call and leave a message. You sign all paperwork online before even seeing a unit.
Also I rented what was stated to be a “5x10” space through the app, and when I arrived it was an irregular shape and nowhere near the size it should be. They should change the advertised sizing for that unit. I’m still waiting to hear back from someone to fix this (and I still have stuff waiting to be moved). Will update when any action is taken.

My experiences with PS have been very good! The manager is very help getting me the unit size I needed. He was also very helpful and attentive to my needs being an older and handicapped lady!

We came to Public Storage desperate to unload a portion of belongings before we hit the road for a much anticipated vacation! We simply had accumulated too much to haul around and are not quite at our new move in date. Mareshah went above and beyond our expectations: accommodating us in a pinch and taking extra measures to assure that our belongings were stored away properly and at the best price we could get. This Public Storage is great! The staff are very friendly, it has flexible hours, and a central location that made it perfect for my move. They also always have carts available!
