This is a new storage unit. Overall, I like the facilities. I am concerned about my safety when I access my storage unit because the door to the storage building is not able to close. The door is getting progressively worse. I would appreciate it if management can get it fixed. Thank you.

I’m not to big on doing reviews but not doing one would not be fair to the manager Daniel at this public storage. I’ve had two units for over a year and I’ve always had pleasant exchanges with Daniel from my move in day until today. Last week Daniel literally saved me from losing a few things of mine that were irreplaceable. I had been organizing my unit and got a phone call and did not realize it but in my haste I left two boxes that contained family photos and antiques sitting outside my unit and I locked up and drove away without putting them up. Daniel not only recognized the items
As being mine but also called me to let me know the situation and stayed 30 minutes late so i could retrieve them from him. He has consistently given me great customer service but the latest exchange
By far was the most amazing display of customer I have ever experienced. He should be commended for his hard work and customer service excellence. So don’t be afraid to come and spend your money at this public storage they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have a worry free experience….thank you Daniel I can’t tell you how appreciated you are. I’m very happy to patron this establishment!

Communication was good before move in, I received a call from them to ensure everything was good. They told me if I didn’t need the lock that they have you prepay for, I could just let them know and get a refund. On the day I actually moved in, no one was in the office even though it said they closed at 6pm. Having never rented a storage unit, I thought you had to go get the lock in the front office. I left two calls for the manager who has yet to return my call. I went to go buy a lock at Walmart and when I went to move in, saw the prepaid lock was left inside the storage unit. The person in the office said he couldn’t return it due to the length of time from when I signed the contract and moved in. He was very nice and said he would leave a message for manager. I left the lock with him. No one called back and when I call it says to leave a message. I have not been able to get he refund. Also, the door to building 6 is broken. It does not seem as secure as building 5 which is where the office is.

DEFINITELY RECONSIDER !!Do not lease from anyone that randomly goes up on there lease without notice. I haven’t been in my unit a year and already they are increasing my lease by $40.00. After speaking with management, they informed me the lease increase go up every 6 months. Unfortunately, I’m not even able to be accessible to my unit due to my overseas deployment. Why ask for all of my command information and military status if you’re not going to be supportive. If you can’t support the troops, I can’t support the business.

Excellent customer service from Dale and Daniel. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time renting a storage. They took the time to show me the different sizes to ensure I made the best decision. The storage was very clean. I certainly would recommend Public Storage and make sure to ask for Dale or Daniel.
