Josh and his team at Relentless were unbelievable to work with when my Volvo was totaled. They were professional and always kept me updated on the status of what was going on with their evaluation of the damage. I’ve taken two other vehicles to Relentless and they have done nothing but tremendous work and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality auto body repair experience.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car and especially the customer service. Maggie was very kind and courteous and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They go above and beyond in customer service and in their high quality repairs. If I ever need to get my car repaired again, I will come back to Relentless.

Unfortunately my car was deemed totaled by my insurance company so I do not have a review about the body shop. However I wanted to give a shout out to Josh for his outstanding customer service. He has been a huge help in dealing with my insurance company and making sure I was being taken care of.

Excellent work! Josh was very helpful, courteous and professional! The body work technician was also excellent! I thought the repair was going to involve replacing a molding, possibly a wheel and some body work on the bumper. In 15-20 minutes it was all like new just by buffing out the scuffs and scratches. This was work done on a new car, I wanted it to continue to look like a new car and it does! I highly recommend Josh and the crew at Relentless Collision in Durham!

I could write a long post about Relentless Collision, but the bottom line is—they did an amazing job. Maggie went above and beyond to take care of me and fix the mess left by another shop. She truly brought my Lexus back to new , and I’m beyond grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Skip this place and go straight to CSI instead. They tried to charge me $2,000 to paint car parts that already come pre-painted. I know they recently just got re-certified as a Volvo specialist, but they should know what parts come painted and what don't.
