Reliable towing was impeccable. He is a total delight to speak with, the rate was super reasonable and he went WAY above and beyond helping me with my car. I've used him twice (same issue w/ my car) and both times he quickly scheduled a time to come help me. He arrived promptly and communicated well (via text or phone) about where he was & when he was coming. He also was just genuinely kind. My car was in an awkward spot that his truck couldn't get to & he helped push it across the parking lot two different ways until we got it out ! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Reliable Towing. From phone call to schedule the pickup all the way to drop off, everything was great. My son lives at UNC and we are in a different town. He needed a tow from his breakdown spot in CH to the mechanic in Durham but had to be at a specific time since he has classes. Casey answered all my questions and scheduled the tow for the day and time we needed. He arrived on time (maybe even early) hooked up the car and delivered it safe and sound. Provided a picture of drop off and info of the exchange with the mechanic. Great price, super nice guy. Will recommend them all the way around.Service: Car towing

This was the best experience I've had with calling for help with my car. My car wouldn't start so I called for help with a jump start. He jump started my car and let me know what was likely the issue with my battery. I didn't feel like he was just trying to get money from me, he was knowledgeable, communicative, on time, and helpful. I'm definitely saving his number for the future.Services: Battery service

Highly recommend Kasey at Reliable Towing. He was professional and affordable. My car broke down right in the movie theater parking lot in Raleigh. He was able to come tow it and get it back to my house fast. I didn’t even miss the movie.

We had my car towed twice in one week because a part that was fixed failed, and we hired this company to tow an old vehicle as well. Reliable Towing was awesome. But, trustworthy that he recommended, he wasn't aware, the guy is overcharging customers. Trustworthy shouldn't be recommended to noone.
