Got a Playstation for my son, and the whole process was easier than I expected. The staff was friendly, explained the payment plan clearly, and let me tale my time before making my decision. Good customer service. Mirna and Edith are very helpful step by step. It is rental property so if your late on a payment of course they will call or do pick up. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. They have helped me and others understanding how this rent to own works.

Got done ordering a TV for my son who has autism and he didnt understand why he couldnt watch TV and Edith was amazing! Quick process and great communication with my order and everything that was needed! Whenever I do rent another item i will definitely be asking her to handle it
