The best place to go if you enjoy spin classes! They have versatile music and good choreography so the classes are fun and go by fast. I would definitely recommend them.

Completely renovated and gorgeous, darling.*Chris is a double threat: talented DJ with killer playlists AND the most motivating cycle instructor!*Elise offers intensive, fantastic Barre classes, offering lots of feedback on ways to improve*Amanda is the kindest manager around.*Barbie stays hype on the bike.This is THE go to fitness studio in the Triangle!!

i love the sweat lab so much! all of the instructors have been so encouraging and energetic! they make the classes challenging and also keep them fun throughout the whole workout, and i’m always excited to come back :)

I have been taking on-line classes from The Sweat Lab for about six months. There is nice variety in the class offerings, the instructors are fun + encouraging + motivating and music is chosen well, plus the staff are extremely responsive and accommodating. I rented a bike for a time and they made it incredibly easy. I want to give a special shout out to Chris. He's given me some very thoughtful advice on how to approach and adjust my workout regimen, stay motivated and keep up my momentum to achieve my goals, all in an encouraging and compassionate way. I will look forward to doing live classes in the studio, which offers greater variety, but am very satisfied with the on-line alternative. Has also been way better than a fitness app, and I've tried many!

Have taken two spin classes now and have enjoyed both of them so far. The studio is tucked away in the same building as Sister Liu's on the 2nd floor and consists of a changing area, cycling room and then another room for barre/yoga classes. Cycling shoes are free and they provide towels as well. The first class I took was with Chris and while it was good, it was a bit of an adjustment on my first class figuring out the bike and the resistance knob/lever. Also I'm not sure if it was where I was in the room in the back corner but I could barely understand his instructions through the mic so it was a little hard to follow. Again not sure if I was just trying to figure things out. The second class with Amanda was great and I enjoyed it a lot more now that I was a little more comfortable/didn't have any issues. She was a great instructor and the flow of the class was a lot better I thought. Either way, both classes were a great workout and it's a great change of pace when the weather is crappy and I can't get on my bike outdoors. Also really appreciate that they require proof of vaccination and masks for classes.

This place is the absolute best! I have taken spin classes with multiple different instructors here and have yet to find one I didn’t like. I highly recommend Barbie and Jessica’s classes both give you an insane workout and their energy is contagious! 10/10 for the sweat lab everyone who I have even talked to here has made me feel so important and comfortable pushing myself to my goals! Definitely try this place!

The Sweat Lab is an amazing fitness experience and has helped me stay consistent and motivated in my workout routine. The instructors are so dedicated and know everybody by name and Chris does a great job making the gym feel like a family. Would recommend this place to everyone!

TSL is so great! All of the instructors are positive and encouraging and play great music. They’ve built a strong community around becoming your strongest self. Regardless of fitness level, they make you feel comfortable and at home.

The Sweat Lab is the best local barre and spin studio! They have been amazing in the transition to outdoor and online classes during the last year, keeping the community feel of the studio in tact, even without the indoor space. Now that indoor classes are back, proof of vaccination and masks are required. The environment is safe and welcoming. The instructors are so enthusiastic and supportive, providing an awesome workout for all levels. I couldn't recommend TSL more!

I’ve been attending classes here for over 3 years ans I cannot say enough good things- each instructor has their own flair and style which leads you to an epic workout. My favorite thing are the Spin Theme Rides and how committed the instructors are to your success. Love my TSL FAM!
