Rim Tyme in Durham took great care of me. The team helped me pick the perfect set of rims and tires, and the install was fast, clean, and professional. My car looks brand new with the new Cavallo wheels — smooth ride, great fit, and no issues at all. Definitely recommend them if you want quality service and a fresh look for your car.

This place is a joke. I went up there to see if I could purchase some rims I was going to see if I could finance it because on the website it says SHOP RIMTYME CUSTOM WHEELS AND TIRES WITH NO CREDIT NEEDED! but he’s telling me they have to do a credit check, but it won’t pull my credit . It’s a soft pull . Why is they advertising no credit needed but when you go inside the store they have to do a credit check and the people are rude I walked in the store. Nobody didn’t greet me. Nobody didn’t help me when I was looking at the rims they need better management go to Raleigh if you need some rims

It was a process, and an unfortunate and unexpected outcome with the rims I wanted. Both Anna and the dude who assisted with doing the tire change were top notch. It wasn’t their fault but the rims weren’t as expected. Let’s just say gloss black with the red trim isn’t always what they appear inside on display. Once I saw them on and outside in the sun it was NOT the ones I wanted.Much respect for Rim Tyme doing the right thing and getting me out the door to keep me satisfied. As always they have a huge selection of rims at a reasonable price.

Improper training called 1st asking for parts said they had it drove 20m to shop an they didn't have what I called them for price for other parts was 20 dollars more all I ask for was $5 off they wouldn't do yes I got upset cause it wasted my time I could have went elsewhere like I did cause they put me out an wouldn't sell me nothing ended up going to advance an paid $15 for 4 not f30 for 4 need improvement on inventory an surrounding.
